Julie says "Somehow I don't trust the two of you right now, if your Ex-Marine like you say you are than do you know what Semper Fides means because you ought to as well. And please leave our house if your not with N.C.I.S. that's the only people were are talking to right Daisy. I think we made a mistake letting you two in our house now I still don't know who you are you haven't even told us that just that your ex-marines that really narrows it down right now."

Julie watches them leave and radios her brother and Lizzy or attempts to but notices it doesn't work. And later she tries the phone, and it doesn't work as well. She looks and says "Don't want to panice anybody but one them ruined our Cb and the telephone line is cut as well this isn't very good right what if one of them stayed around to watch the place right now."

Lizzy sighs as she pulls out her cell phone bills. "Bo you're done here right?"

"Yeah why?" Bo answers.

"I need to go see Jeb." Lizzy says.

"Where do you think they would take him?"

"I don't know, there's a field office in North Carolina."

"Too far. Did you get Gibbs' card?"

"Yeah here." Bo hands over the card and Lizzy dials the cell number listed.

"Yeah Gibbs."

"Agent Gibbs. This is Lizzy Davenport. I've got some information...It may be pertinent to your investigation but I need to see you in person." Lizzy says.

"Meet me in front of Hazzard county Court house in one hour?" He asks.

"Alright." Lizzy answers. One hour later Bo is headed back to the farm after dropping Lizzy off. "Agent Gibbs."

"Lizzy. What was so important?"

"Jeb's innocent." Lizzy says.

"How can you be so sure?"

"I know Jeb...I don't think DiNozzo would have taken me seriously if I told him this. Jeb's had a few rough spots with the law in the past but desertion...it's not him. There were a couple of guys a couple weeks ago. They dropped by my dad's farm and held me there for a few days. Told me to call this number." Lizzy shows him the cell record with the number highlighted. "Said call that number and recite the script they gave me. If every thing went well they'd let me go."

"What did they have you say?"

"Just that I was sorry and that everything was fine but if he didn't do as they said he knew the price. The guy on the other end never said anything to me just once I heard him say 'you heard the girl'. I think...Someone was forcing Jeb to do something by taking me hostage. My dad was at a mechanics convention in Atlanta for those few days. I didn't get any names just I could tell you what they looked like." Lizzy says.

"Six calls in three days?"

"Once when I woke up and once when I went to bed. I was so scared. Can I see Jeb?"

"Not yet."

"Please I've got to see him." Gibbs looked at Lizzy then around the square.

"Alright you have five minutes." Ten minutes later Lizzy was sitting across from him as Ziva stood guard.

"Lizzy you're alright." Jeb said standing and reaching through the bars.

"Why wouldn't I be?" Lizzy asks.

"They said..." Jeb stops looking at Ziva.

"They were gonna hurt me weren't they? They made me call some guy and you could hear me right? Two weeks ago? That's why you deserted the Marines. So I wouldn't get hurt."

"Lizzy I can't."

"Please Jeb. I'm sorry, doesn't that mean something."

"I was never mad at you I just...I thought...I'm glad you're ok."

"Jeb please your family."

"Will be fine. I'll be ok too Lizzy. I did what I did and now I have to pay for it." Jeb says.

Cue anyone.

Julie says "Do you think they'll be coming back now, but hey Bo's home hey where's Lizzy and we kinda of got a problem right now and the Luke's working on the broken cb that there two guys damaged and the phone line has been cut and oh there's a letter in my bible for safe keeping you should read it doesn't sound like Jeb at all." Julie looks at her brother and explains what happened as well and she has those sad puppy dog eyes as well and she says "Bo, he didn't do this I just feel it you know him just I know him that well something is going on as well. Why would he be so willing to turn himself in now if there isn't something going on now and these two ex-Marines Jake and Gabriel Malone stopped by the house and well I guess me and Daisy being sick must've scared them off as well and one question I don't like those Agents that stopped by our house especially McGee but he ain't too bright he took the grocery list instead of my letter now."

Just then Jake and Gabriel Malone pull in and they know that Cpl. Duke is back home right now and he look and it seems nobody has left now as well. Jake looks and knocks on the door as well and Julie says "Oh please don't open that door you can't let them in right now and we know it as well isn't there something you can do right now."

Jake see's a window open and slips in and see's that Daisy is asleep and walks right past her looks at Julie and says "Open that door, let my brother in and nothing will happen to your sister Cpl. Duke oh I visited your girlfriend two weeks ago and you I remember your Sgt. Duke aren't you leave that radio alone it worked and please hurry up my brother is getting impatient right now."

Jake looked and says "She's bluffing she don't got Mono, anymore than the brunette in the room as it I'm falling for that one twice now. And your certainly aren't getting up and or leaving this house as well. Your going to call to Special Agent Gibbs on my cellphone and tell him you have more information on your cousin's case now little girl."

Julie has moved her shoulder from his hand and rolled on her back and says "I certainly will not I don't care what you have I just won't do and you can't make me oh did I mention when I'm sick I can be a real pain in the butt just ask anybody here about that now."

Jake says "Well, your certainly are stubborn now blondie but I'd not buying that your sick right now you don't look it do me."

Julie says "I don't care your not getting away with what your doing right now your outnumbered can't you even see that right now. Hey don't say anything , but guess who's still together after all the **** between them? Your Buttcheeks!"
