February 26, 201115 yr Author I have since put a dress up Edelbrock kit on thereValve coversAir Cleaner Then went with a KN type filter that was dyable yes dyable so I dyed it orange (the element itself) pretty cool.I cannot believe I haven't really taken any pictures of the engine since it's been completed but it came out great. February 26, 201115 yr Author Sorry I have been sucha slacker with posting pictures but my son & I have been enjoying the car now for 2 full seasons. I will have to get a pictures after season 2 so ya'll can see how much people love the General Lee!!!

May 28, 201115 yr Author Hey everyone just wanted to say it's been a long road and well that the General Lee in this thread MY GENERAL LEE and I will be in the Philadelphia Comic-Con with John Schneider all weekend this June!!!!!!!!!!It has really been a great time making this car and, well between the fun with my son, car shows, making people happy, winning trophies, the thumbs up & smiles we get every time we take it out and now we are going to spend the weekend with John and then taking it to Sperryville VA in August well it's been a fantastic journey and I wouldn't change it for nothing!Click the link below & scroll down and you will see MY CAR! November 18, 201114 yr Author ok so it has been a long while since i laste posted on here but WHAT A YEAR WITH MY GENERAL LEE I HAVE HAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!OK ready? LOLI saw that John Schneider was going to be a Comic Con in Philly so I made some calls & got a call back and low and behold (who says that anymore anyway LOL) anyway I got a call back to have my General Lee next to John as well as my buddys cop car Billy on the other side!
November 18, 201114 yr Author Then I got a call that Monday after the event from Miss Alma of all people! She asked if I was available to do an event with Ben THAT FRIDAY in Maryland?! I scrambled and called her back to say we'd be there! Went and did Fred-Neck-Night at the Haryy Grove Stadium!
November 18, 201114 yr Author Shortly after that event I took my General Lee up to Carlisle for the weekend (never miss this event 25 years + running) and saw John again up there all weekend !!

November 18, 201114 yr Author I then get a call from a modeling agency that wanted to do a cowgirl shoot on a farm with my car. How could I say no to that?!Heres the video from that shoot. Between all this and taking it to show after show with my now 7year old son and win after win it's just the most fun car I have ever owned! So glad I decidef to build this icon of a car! YEEHAW!!!!!!
