Bo clenched his jaw and shook his head, finding enough energy to get to his feet with a strong and determined 'No', heading inside.

Luke swallowed biting his lip not knowing what to do.

Bo stormed inside and headed to the phone, picking it up and dialling the hospital's number, determined to sort this out once and for all so he could move on.

A receptionist answered as she wrote some things on a chart. "Tri County Hospital..."

"Put Troy's doctor on the phone now..."

He demanded in an ice cold tone.

The receptionist swallowd. "Yes sir, hold please" She then went to get his doctor.

Bo drummed his fingers on the wall impatiently as he waited for the doctor to get there.

The doctor picked up the phone. "This is Dr. Jameson can I help you?"

Bo smirked and put on a false sweet voice.

"Oh yes this is Bo Duke...I just thought I'd call and let you know that i'm going to sue you..."

"Sue us Mr. Duke? What for?"

It was then that Bo's ice cold voice came over the line again.

"I didn't give you any permission to take my DNA and have it tested against Troy's...and I know you did it so don't even try and pretend you didn't. You did that without my consent and that is against your policy so I am taking this down to my lawyers and I am going to sue."

The doctor sighed. "I'm sorry Mr. Duke...we just had a hunch...and given the circumstances....we thought it migh give him a better chance if we could find his family medical history."

"I don't care if it woulda saved the whole world! You did it without my consent and that is illegal! I don't want anything to do with that kid, I don't ever want to hear from you about him again after this law suit which believe me I am going to take forward!"

Bo yelled angrily down the phone.

The doctor swallowed. "Mr. Duke please.."

Jaime meanwhile stood on the other side of the door hearing everything.

"Oh so now your asking?! Now your asking me to do something, well you've changed your tune haven't you! I don't want him, you understand me! I don't want him here, I don't want him in my life, I don't even want to know he exists! Get off my back, leave me the hell alone, and i'll see you in court."

With that Bo threw down the reciever and stormed back outside, heading for the General Lee.

Luke was in the barn and hadn't heard a thing....but Jaime had. Storming out after him, she dodged in front of him turning to face him. "How could you?!"

Bo glared at her, in no mood to deal with kids at all today...not after everything that had happened.

"Don't you poke your nose in too young lady. Go and do your homework or do chores or something and let me deal with my buisness."

Jaime was near tears. "Yo afraid he's gonna put a damper on your good times...is that it?! He's sick an you don't wanna hafta spend your saturday nights at a hospital?!"

Bo yelled at her, right up close to her.

"You don't understand me Jaime, don't even try and pretend you do. Now get lost and find something useful to do other than stand around and try and make everyone see to your way of thinking!"

He knew he was being unreasonable somewhere in his head....somewhere deep down he felt really guilty for what he had just said and what he was doing to Troy...but also at that moment in time, Bo Duke was completly and utterly lost and he didn't have a clue what to do about anything. So his answer to problems was to just push them away and carry on with his intended course of action.

He side-stepped Jaime, still in a fury and strode more towards the General, wrenching the keys out his pocket.

Jaime had angry tears pouring from her eyes. "And what about me huh? What woulda become of me if Daddy woulda been as assanine as you's bein?"

Bo swung back round and faced her, yelling right back.

"I am not your Daddy! I never will be as good as Luke or Uncle Jesse alright! In fact, i'm plumb scared to death of taking on what they have over the years! I have never pretended to be as good as them, but lord knows I've tried! I can't handle this right now, so just keep your nose out of it!"

With that, he swung his legs into the General and powered away from the farm, speeding towards the town to start the court case against the hospital.

Jaime stood staring after him in shock a moment before turning tail and running to her room crying.

Luke meanwhile, finished up with the chores he could do even though he should have been off his leg and slowly hobbled to the house.

Jaime stopped just outside of her room, swallowing a little as she looked to the phone, still unable to believe Bo had done what he had. That was just a little boy of about 7 that Bo was blowing off as if he was nothing...after everything the little boy had been through...Bo still refused to acknowledge him...even after the proof that the little boy was his son...

Slowly, the tears stopped and she stepped towards the phone, biting her lip as she picked it up and started to dial in the number of the hospital....

The receptionist answered. "Tri County Hospital..."

Jaime swallowed softly and coughed a little, putting on as best an adult voice as she could muster.

"Hello, my name is Jaime Duke...I'm interested in a little boy that I understand needs a home...Troy?"
