HossC Posted February 19 Posted February 19 I'm not sure if Sanford and Son was ever shown in the UK, although I've watched a couple of episodes online (including 'The Piano Movers' which featured Rick Hurst as a police officer). It's quite different to the original UK show Steptoe and Son on which it's based. One obvious difference is that Steptoe and Son had a horse and cart rather than a pickup truck. Here's a 5-minute documentary about the original. Skipper Duke 1 Quote
RogerDuke Posted February 20 Posted February 20 Shows like that remind me of how much the world has changed. It was so easy to have fun. Now everybody is hypersensitive and gets their feelings hurt at the drop of a hat. Hobie Hartkins and Skipper Duke 1 1 Quote
