It's right nice when celebrities donate their time or their money or both to help out a Cause, and I like reading that article. John was not bias of who it was helping, whether they are gay or not or anything, as long as it helps people who have aids.

There are many that are active as well, which most of them I can't play, and the one I am, was playing in, hardly gets any attention at all:(

Off the top, there must be at least 10 different story telling, which of most beginners and late comers and people like me who have been gone a long time , just can't play. Maybe it's just me, but the one Kay started , which I am part of , never gets any attention like the other ones do, only mostly me , Daisy and Kay, well 80% of the time anyways. I am just ranting, but to me there is just to many on this site.....

that's what I liked about it, you saw the vulnerable side of the Bandit, making him and snowman and frog that much closer to each other towards the end.

I like the second one too, the bandit was a drunk and the way he was burping in the snowman's face was so dang funny...lol

exactly Garrett, as amusing as it was , smokey and the bandit 3, just was not the same without the bandit(Burt Reynolds). It was cute how excited the snow man got when he learnt he was gona be the Bandit for a day...lol Sorta a thing like if someone offered us to be a duke boy for a day, so in that since, the movie was ok, like living a child hood dream kind of thing.

I don't see any similarity of "Smokey and tha bandit" with "fast and the furious", they are nothing alike in the least, and given the choice, I would watch smokey and the Bandit long before I watch F&F. At least Smokey and the Bandit was more like the dukes, was more realistic then F&F and more believable.

That's the thing Roger, sometimes we need views from others to see things different. Now, I was not crazy for "visitor in Hazzard " either, especially when I don't believe in aliens to began with. But the idea of the show is , the dukes stick together to help anyone or anything that is in trouble, I know sounds korny, but that's how I viewed that show. It was the dukes, the chemistry of it all and so on, but I still will never like season 5 when Coy and Vance took over, never. So I can see your point about the reunions, only difference is, they still had that bond, and the loss of Boss and Jesse in those 2 movies, was felt stronger than ever before, that's one of the reason I loved the 2 reunions so much.
