  1. Just missed ya.....I was trying to organize my thoughts to reply....talk to ya when u get back on.

  2. Cool Roger. I collect pocket knives......most of mine are the Rough Riders. Wow the General, that's so cool....now I'm gonna look it up and see what it looks like! Now before I start at One Armed Bandits again I gotta watch Jude Emery just fer the heck of it and to check out about Luke's knife! By the way ever been to the Smoky Mountain Knife Works (known as the knife factory in my family) in Sevierville Tennessee....we go every year when we go to TN fer winter break. IT'S KNIFE GALORE! Here is their website: http://www.smkw.com/webapp/eCommerce/main_front.jsp?siteFlag=eknifeworks It's a great place fer knife people, they have thousands of knives!
  3. Once again great work Hoss! Thanks! I know their knives were shown regularly, but they never seem to be shown long enough to get a good look. I gotta keep my eyes open.....I'm fixin to start watching them from the beginning again.
  4. I've always been interested in pocket knives and that includes Bo and Luke's. I was wondering if there is any story behind them? Does anyone have any pix of them? Or know of a episode that one or the others knife was shown really good so I can do a screencap.
  5. I'm listening to Sunday night classics show on 97 country and they played John's i've been around enough to know! It means a lot to have heard it on the radio, its like knowing what he did as an artist isn't forgotten. Does that make sense?

  9. I found a poem on dukesofhazzardfanfic.com and thought it was really cool. Here it is: One-lane dirt roads Mountains and ponds A small town in Georgia Surrounded by farms Green fields, blue skies Chores in the dawn A well-known tavern Full of laughter and song Neighbors and kinfolk Friends near and far Legends of moonshine And a powerful car Escapes and chases, The law, hot pursuit Adventures forever Moments of truth Enter and welcome, I heard you say Be with us and smile Join us and stay The home that I found Is Hazzard, forever Among my dear cousins Loved, cherished friends. -Written by an anonymous "cousin" Anyway it got me ta thinkin....anyone else have any Dukes relate poems and such they would like ta share. I'd like ta read 'em. P.S. great job to the cousin who wrote the one above!

I go to Sevier County Tennessee every December and even if I dont get to go to Cooters I at least get to pass by once if not more.
