I'd like to know the site's url - so that I can look into getting a General for myself. Would probably cost too much though. Still curiosity killed the cat - and it's killing me too.

Try the WB web site as well as In Canada A-Channel. These are the only two stations that I know about that broadcast it. I believe the WB is on Wednesday - the time - I don't know. As for A-Channel - all the info I have is for Manitoba Time. It comes on at 8:00 pm on Sundays - providing that there is nothing else scheduled. Hope that this helps you. Take-er easy and stay cool.

Although I love the Dukes of Hazzard - I must say that my all time fav t.v. show is Knight Rider. Which would explain why my dream car is a 1982 Firebird with T-tops. I may not have the year that I like - but I still have the general type and it does have T-tops. It is a 2.8 litre V-6 with a five speed standard transmission. the colour was originally a fadded brown - which looked grey - but now it is black. it will look alot better when it is finally completed. I have to fix the whole thing up and safety it before i can drive it. Once I have it fixed up - i will be showing before and after pics on the net at this site - if people want to see them, as well as at KnightRiderOnline.com for those fans of the Show Knight Rider. Right now there is too much wrong with it for me to say all of it. But once it is fixed and on the road - i will let every one know what all I did to it and how long everything took me. Thanks for the info Darrell - but unless it gets released on dvd by Universal - there is now way that I am going to get myself a copy. I wonder if anyone knows how to get ahold of the people at Universal to get a petition going to get it on dvd. Does anyone have any suggestions?

How could they do that top the General. What a crying shame. Don't they know that that is the absolute worst kind of joke to do to the show. I mean come on - a love bug painted like the General. Way to be Darrell - it is about time that people today help the younger generation to know what type of music was there when we were all younger. Can anyone tell me how many episodes of the Duke is in the first season of the show. I am still waiting to get my copy that I prepaid for - it just hasn't come in yet. But I want to know because I want to set apart some of my time to be able to watch the show with some of my friends as well as to let them know how many eps there are in the first season. Also - Is there a special disk with the set for bloopers and such, as well as other info regarding how the show was made. Plus - does the Movie "Retun to hazzard "come with the set. I am really anticipating getting the set but I do want to know the answers to these questions before I get it so that I am not disapointed with it. I may be new to this forum in a way but I am not new to the show - I've loved the show since I was a kid and love this forum. Are there any othe Duke sites like this other than Daves Dukes of Hazzard Site? I do like that site but - I also like to have a little variety when it comes to visiting certain web sites. Here is what I remember from the Greatest American Hero theme. Believe it or not - I'm walking on Air, I never thought I be feel so freeee, flying away on a whim and a prayer, who could it be, believe it or not - it's just meee. I forget the rest of the song - but at least I remember most of the chorus. Even if I did get parts of it wrong. But ya - the show was something else - but that is what made it so unique. I can't wait until I can get a copy of the show on dvd - all the seasons. I especially like the councilor from that t.v show - man - was she ever sexy!!!!

Hey Darrell, first thanks for respecting my wishes and refering to me the way I like. Secondly - I prefer to not attempt to purchase anything over the internet due to the fact that I do not have a credit card, do not believe in credit cards, don't trust all that many things that are avaliable over the net. I don't like the way people can manipulate info that you place in an order to use for their own personal use - that can make a persons life very complicated. you end up getting billed for things that you have never even heard of and would never buy to begin with. - sorry for going off topic!!!!!!

I would go for Wal-mart or best buy - but there is just one problem. Currently I don't live near any of them so I have to make do with what I do have - which ain't much. However - The "city" that I do live in is getting a wal-mart - so when it is up and running - I'll probably gets go there - becuase they usually have very low prices. Then I will save money. Until then - I just have to make do. boohoo. By the way - just call me R.J.

If I am not misstaking - I believe that was one of the christmas episodes that they did. But I probably am misstaking. Although I love the show - don't remember all that much of it.

I for one am big time into Knight Rider and the A-Team as well - not to mention Magnum P.I. and the greatest american hero. As well as other shows from the eighties that almost no one else seems to care about. I am still waiting for the dvd's that I ordered from my local store to come in. The longer it takes the more p**** off I get. It is almost like the head office is purposely delaying sending them to me. As soon as I get the call saying that they are in I am going to have fun watching the Dukes with the General. It may take me a while but I plan to get dvd's of all of the shows from the past that I enjoy watching.

Hey Brian - I haven't seen the movie and I'm not abouts to. I loved the show but now I find out that they do a swan dive with the car - that takes the movie from worse to what the hell were they thinkin? Stop making movies that are from shows and tring to make them funny - leave them be if you are going to make the movie. Otherwise you are just making somthing that will tell people the show wasn't worth it to begin with. But thats just my opinion and to each his/her own.

It doesn't matter how old we really are --- we are all Kids at heart. That is why we love these old shows that are only now comming out on dvd.

Believe it or not my all time fav movie is Smokey and the Bandit as well. That is one movie that I could watch time and time again without getting bored of it. Now I am just waiting for it to come out on Dvd - that is if it isn't already. Some time next week the copy of Dukes that I ordered from my local c.d store should come in and then I will be having alot more fun. I can't wait to start watching it.

Good grief - the show lasted longer then Knight Rider or the A-Team for crying out loud. Why oh why do they always have to cancel the best shows to ever come out on t.v? All the best shows from the 1980's were pretty much some of the best shows to ever grace the t.v. At least they are bringing them out on Dvd now. Can't wait to get them all - or at least the ones from the shows that I liked.
