My signature is number 75 on the pitition to get rid of this Dukes film mockery. The only part of the movie that is consistant with the show is the General Lee. Get rid of this P.O.S no good for nothing excuse of a Dukes movie and just keep the first two because they at least have most of the original actors. Thats my two cents and opinion which I am entitled to.

In a way you are right. You do have freedom of speech - however if you can't say things differently then I suggest that you don't log on to the forum anymore. But as for the movie - Everyone needs to realize that the Dukes of Hazzard DID have foul language. And for those of you who don't think that this new movie is going to be any good - Allow me to remind yous of a very old saying - Don't judge a book by its cover - you need to read a bit first before you jump to conclusions. So as for the movie - why not try to reserve judgement until it comes out. Who knows - you may actually enjoy the movie. Just because the actors you like aren't in it doesn't mean that it won't be any good. Remember - this movie is pretty much based on a new generation trying to give the Dukes a modern day appeal.

They most deffinitly are not in the order that they should be - that is for sure.

I went today to my workplace and they were sold out. Not surprising that they only had four copies to begin with. So I went to CD plus and got it there for cheaper. So from now on I think I'll be going to CD plus because they always get alot of copies and they do match their competitors prices - if not beat them. Now that is the way to do business. Haven't watched anything yet but I will once I get off the computer. But now I finally have Dukes Season Two. Next thing I want to get is Magyver Season One. I'll get it soon enough!!! Later all! By the way - I only Paid 39.89 canadian for Dukes Season Two. 8)

It goes on sale tomorrow - I get off work at 6 in the morning and the store opens at 9 in the morning - I won't be going to sleep until I have my copy safe at home - so basically around lunch time because I also want to watch some before I go to bed. Working the night shift really sucks - but oh-well what can you do. The total cost for me will be $40.40 - I don't even get a discount - does that suck or what? Catch ya's all later!!

I already have an 84 firebird, now I am wanting to get a Charger - but I would have to make sure it is black - that is my fav color after all. But once I have both then I'll be happy. As well as a 77 transam - smockey and the Bandit style, and a 80's ford pickup truck - 1/2 ton would be the best. I won't pick a fav car just because it is popular - I pick it because I like the way it looks - who cares about the engine - those can always be modified. Thats just my 2 bits.

I just found out tonight that Next week wednesday Dukes season two will be avaliable for purchasing. Found out at my work place because they already have it there but it won't be for sale till the middle of the week. I CAN'T WAIT TO BUY IT. I AM JUST SO EXCITED!!!!!!

If thats the case - you had better lock me up and throw away the key as I have the Entire movie memorized almost word for word and the other guy got some of the captions wrong. not intentionally ofcourse but it is my fav movie and I've watched it so many times that I can't watch it without laughing after the first 5 or 10 minutes. the original way the c.b conversation went was : Snowman: Oh - hey bandit! Well Smallville used to be on on Sundays on A - Channel,but now it is on on Thursdays - I know this because I get paid on Thursdays. But it is still on at 8 pm. Not only that but now I have all three seasons of Smallville on Dvd. HEHEHE man now my dvd collection is really taking off. Can't wait for Dukesd season two. as well as Knight Rider and the A-Team. Y'all tak-er easy now ye'hear.

I must admit - kinda funny - can't stop chuckling to myself. They poke fun of the Dukes while trying to insult them two Pres' of the States, Haha. Not bad Pendragon - not bad at all.

Ya' know - I myself happen to own a 1984 firebird with T-tops. I would love to own a General Lee but there are not to many kicking around that can be rebuilt. At least not here in Manitoba Canada. I myself am a hudge fan of both K.I.T.T as well as the General Lee. When I first started watching the shows I wasn't watching one more than the other, I would watch both as often as I could. Some people may think that if you watch both you are a traitor to one or the other but I happen to love both shows as well as both cars. Yes the General Lee was one of a kind as far as genuine muscle cars go - but K.I.T.T was one of a kind as well. In some wats K.I.T.T was a muscle car - it was sleek, stylish and fast. It may not have had the torque that G.L had but it also wasn't ment for racing as much as it was to look like it was fast. Power wise G.L is the winner - speedwise - I think K.I.T.T would win. Any engine can be suped up - thats no problem, but G.L could not jump three miles and nether could K.I.T.T. K.I.T.T was supposed to be indistructable - in the show, but G.L was just a stock car built for racing. Trying to compare the two is in my opinion like trying to compare apples to oranges. They are two totally different things with almost nothing in common. Both Knight Rider and Dukes of Hazzard were great shows - I enjoyed watching them both. I would not take one over the other. Just like I enjoy watching the A-Team, SmallVille, 21 JumpStreet, Magnum P.I and others as well. I don't watch them because I like one more than the other - I just enjoy watching them.

This news just about makes my year. haha. Way ta be general lee. I am definitly gonna get myself a copy as soon as it comes out. I've already got all three seasons of smallville, not to mention nemerous other t.v. series. Now I am gettin quite a collection of dvd sets. Can't wait for season two of dem good ol boys.

While I was reading the meeting minutes - I couldn't help myself - I started laughing - due to the fact that you say you mess up the forum enough yourselfs. I think that you should email me that whole conversation that you had so that I can save it to a computer disk and transport it to my computer which isn't on the net.But then I would need to have someone let me know they are going to emasil it to me so it doesn't end up in the junk mail pile.

I can't wait for the first Dukes Made for T.V. movie to come out. Not only that but I do love my first season dvd's. Now to get Magnum P.I. as well as the A-Team. Already got Knight Rider. Yep - I am a hudge fan of the eighties and like my online chat name states - I am " stuck in the eighties and loving it".

I am just glad that the forum is back up and running. Wasn't to sure that I was going to get anywhere this time when I tried to get it but sure am glad that it did work. I know how everyone else feels - there are only three sites I visite often enough to have them under my favorites catigory - Knight Rider Online, this one and Christian Jokes. But One gets bored rather fast when only two of them are availiable. Like I said - glad things are back up and running. Hopefully no viruses were found. Otherwise - it will probably happen again. But how did the person manage to hack this forum. I didn't know you could hack a forum. Oh-well - I geuss somethings are better left unknown to me. Seeing as I don't have the mentail capacity to understand them.

So long as people find out about this site - I don't think that there should be a problem. Providing that people are carefull with who they tell so that no viruses find their way here - I don't think that giving people internet site addresses for the same topic for a different site is a bad thing. Tempest66 - Try Dave's Dukes Of Hazzard Home Page. You can find the address on Google. Sorry don't know it by heart. But that is a good site for Dukes Of Hazzard - it has numerous items such as quotes from the show as well as picture and other things. Just thought you might want to know.

I am just wondering what the episode is called where the Dukes first buy the Challenger and turn in into the Gerneral Lee? I always thought that that should have been the very first episode but I don't know what it is called and I don't know what season it is from. I just got my dvd set this past Friday and love it - but I still want to know about the episode where the Dukes build the General. Anyone care to fill me in - would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. One more thing - why are there no avatars avaliable for the profiles? I also have a usership on Kinght Rider Online and they have avatars avaliable - the site is much the same as here only the have avatars and there are none here - just wondering why that is.
