Luke looked at Cooter frightend "I saw something scary in the woods. . .like the Grim Reaper."

Daisy nodded "We know Uncle Jesse, I think Enos was trying to ask if we'd have your blessing to do it?"

Jesse smiled (When you think you'll be back? Just to ask how come you always gotta switch comps?)

Daisy nodded "Okay, it's just that I was thiniking you'd get us more than chicken, but it's okay." and then she quieted so that Enos could say grace. (I'm almost done with my song. . .just another verse I think)

Jesse noticed "Something wrong baby?"

Enos just shrugged "Well at all. . .I mean just to seriously dating or even if I promised her I'd mary her when we turn eighteen?"

Then the little boy happend to trip and Cooter rushed over as he started crying.

Elly nodded "Yeah it was."

"Well Daisy what you think we should do when we get to Richmond?" Elly asked.

Martha smiled putting the dishes in the sink and watched Cooter and Luke go out.

Enos looked at Uncle Jesse "How'd you feel if me and Daisy got serious?"

Daisy looked at him "okay then. . . Well could you atleast say blessing?" she asked shaking her head. (ok)

Soon they were all eating some of Granny's vittles and Charlie was playing his fiddle.

Daisy nodded "Well anyhow Enos was jut bringing me home."

Martha nodded "Just don't get dirty ok."

Daisy shrugged passing checken around to the kids "Get anything else?" (I was picking pears with my mom. . .we have a bear that visits us too and eats from it.)

Martha smiled "You can do whatever it is you feel like sweetie."
