Lizzy goes to find Bo and to talk to him.

"Good, now go play." Lizzy says.

"Next time something like this happens don't hesitate to tell me." Lizzy says.

"I'm sorry bud." Lizzy says.

"So what am I supposed to do? Let him come back with more bruises?" Lizzy asks. "I'm afraid without more proof that's all you can do." The lawyer says. "Thanks." Lizzy says then walks away.

"Alright." Lizzy says. A bit later Lizzy was talking to a lawyer whose final words on the subject were "You don't have any proof that David did this. All you have is a bruise on his stomach and a ten year old's word that David did it. It's not proof. I'm sorry but I can't prosecute on that little of evidence. Get me some proof and I'll strip his visitation rights but without it I can't do anything. I'm sorry Mrs. Duke but that's it." The lawyer says.

"Dean..." Lizzy says.

"Let's get you some ice for that." Lizzy says.

"Now let me see this bruise." Lizzy says.

"It'll be ok sweet heart." Lizzy says.

"I'll talk to my lawyer and see what we can do. I'll tell your mom if and only if I have to." Lizzy says.

"I have to tell someone Dean." Lizzy says.

"I'm gonna have to tell your mom." Lizzy says.

"How sweetheart?" Lizzy asks.

"I promise Dean." Lizzy says.

"You know you can tell me anything and I won't tell your mother if you ask me not to." Lizzy says.

"Adverts for the show." Lizzy says. "How are things with David?"

"Hey bud what's going on?" Lizzy asks.

"Pray for him." Lizzy sighs. "Pray that he has the strength to come to you and tell you. That's all you can do."

"Daisy I know it's hard to stand back but if you push him you may push him away." Lizzy says.

"Maybe its not but you have to let him come to the decision to tell you on his own. Maybe he's not used to asking for help. Besides you've got a few more months before we have to see him again." Lizzy says. "Let him come to you."

"Do you have any proof?" Lizzy asks.

Lizzy heard the shout and came over. "What's wrong Daisy?" Lizzy says.

"Good." Lizzy says.

"It was honest." Dean says then goes to bed.
