  1. In Hazzard, a one Luke Duke was walking up the sidewalk towards the bank, his head hung watching his feet, one boot going in front of the other. His hands shoved in his tight jean pockets, he let out a saddened sigh, only snapping his head up when he heard panicked cries from the bank. Looking up, his eyes lingered on a couple of men who had sacks full of money. The two of them jerking off their masks, slung the money in the back of their get away car, looking up. Seeing the stunned look on the brawny dark haired man's face, they both gave each other frustrating looks. "This is getting old..." One of them muttered as they both climbed in and burned rubber once more for the third time that day, stopping right by Luke. The robber on the passenger side held a gun out of the window pointing it at Luke. "Get in plow boy..." He growled. Luke looked at him, his hands held high, side stepping to the back door of the car, Luke slowly opened it, his eyes not leaving the colt that followed him. Sitting down in the seat, Luke closed the back door, his adam's apple bobbing up and down as he swallowed hard, looking hard at the two of them. The one in the passenger seat turned around and still held him at gun point.
  2. Lori got up from her perch in the chair, his smile and puppy dog eyes forcing her too. She really wondered at times why she even bothered to argue with him, she knew he'd always come out on top..er...in a sense of speaking. Walking out of his room going to the nurse's desk she leaned against it once more. "I'm back...I need a wheelchair too."
  3. The two robbers got on the phone upstairs, they called out to a friend in Atlanta to have him come to the hideout to watch Bo, making sure somehow, he didn't escape or find a way to get help. With their buddy on the way, the two of them headed out of the hide out on a mission. Walking over to their car they waited. It was about an hour when the other man arrived, stopping the car, he shut it off and climbed out, looking at the other two men. "Now, why on earth do you need me here?" He asked perplexed. The other two looked between each other, letting out an exasperating sigh. "We picked up a little 'baggage' on the way outta town..." They both jerked their heads in the direction of the basement. Nodding, the other man walked around them and went inside, taking a seat on the torn up sofa. The other two shook their heads and got in their car, pulling out, they headed for Hazzard County.
  4. Lori grinned at him, chuckling lightly. "You'd do it to, wouldn't you? Just cause you know whatever dang fool scheme you come up with just to try and get yourself outta that bed, I'd be stupid enough to follow along with you!" She huffed out, shaking her head a smile tugging to the corners of her mouth.
  5. Looking back at him, the man snickered evilly. Once arriving to their hideout, which was close to Georgia oddly enough, the two of them grabbed Bo, one got his bound feet while the other got his bound hands, and carried him into the basement. Kicking open the door, they walked down the stairs half way then pitched him down the other half, both of them laughing. Turning, they walked back up the stairs and shut the door, locking it. The tallest of the men walked over to a table and chair near a window, sitting down with a heavy sigh. He looked over a map and a list of cities and towns, marking off the one they just hit. Looking down the list, he circled the last one. "Which one's next?" The other man asked, as he flipped through a newspaper reading the local news. "A small hick town called Hazzard..."
  6. And since there was two hefty men he was up against, they had him tied up and gagged, pitching him like a sack of potatoes in the back of their car. Nodding to one another, they both climbed back in the car, speeding off once more to their hide out.
  7. "You'll do what?" She asked questioningly. A hint of curiosity was in her voice.
  8. The robber who was in the passenger seat turned to look, once he saw the young boy running directly to the sheriff's office he cursed under his breath. "Turn around and get that kid!" He snapped, barking orders at the driver. With another screech of the tires, the robbers turned their car around and sped towards the sheriff's station. Once when Bo was on the other side of the street across from the sheriff's station, the robbers pulled up and got out quickly both of them grabbing Bo, wrestling him down to the ground to get him bound and gagged.
  9. Looking up from their get a way car, one of the robbers, had already took his mask off just noticing Bo looking their way. "We've been spotted!" He called to the other robber who was pulling his mask off, climbing in the truck. "C'mon lets get goin' before he can report us!" The other man commanded in a rush, starting the car up. Nodding, the first robber climbed in and shut his door with a loud slam pulling out, the tires screeching, the smell of burnt rubber in the air.
  10. Lori quickly turned her head away, hiding her eyes. "Don't you even give me that look...you know I can't resist..." She turned her head back around to face him, her eyes covered. "Are even sure you can walk? If you're paralyzed from the back up dear, it won't do you any good...I'd hafta wheel you around."
  11. Shaking his head with a light chuckle, Nick turned to go to the barn, finishing up his chores in there. As Bo drove recklessly through town not having a care in the world, in the bank a robbery was taking place. Two city men, who was in a tight spot with an incorporation they worked for was waving guns in the air shouting threats and profanities at the citizens and bank tellers, as everyone was shoving their money into the bur lap sacks the two hostile men carried, panicked and frightened faces on everyone.
  12. Lori chuckled lightly at the impatient darked haired cousin. "Well, sorry to rain on ya parade, but you gotta wait." She smirked playfully at him.
  13. Twelve years had gone by in a blur to some. To others, the Dukes and Davenports, it went by as slow as molasses. The youngest of the group, Bo, still hadn't been found, and Luke had spent each day of his life in pain and misery trying to find his youngest cousin. When each day he returned with his head hung in shame, he blamed himself more and more. Lori, Daisy, Jesse, Cooter, no one could comfort him. If one of them tried, he'd push them away or shut them down. On a different note though, the couple in Tennesse, Nick and Karen, couldn't have been more pleased at how they had raised Bo. In all honesty, it was no different than what Jesse had taught him. He had grown to be a fine young man at the age of eighteen. His blonde locks bouncing and rich, full of life. His eyes as blue as the sky itself, a twinkle that would put the stars to shame at night danced in them at all times. He rarely ever was sad. Smiling, Nick handed Bo the keys to his old beat up chevy truck though he was a bit wary. Bo proved to be more skillful and dangerous as the boys on the circuit. "Go to town and get a sack of horse and mule feed will ya son?" Nick asked gently, holding open the truck door for him.
  14. Karen nodded a little, knowing he had smiled his acceptance to the new clothing. Helping him into them, she arose to her feet once more and took a step back, looking at him. "My my what a handsome young man we have." She chuckled heartily, motioning for him to follow her out the door.
  15. Once she was finished, she sighed a little, looking at his torn clothes. Tapping her chin thoughtfully, Karen rose to her feet, walking briskly up the stairs to her and her husband's room. Pulling out a chest, she moved some clothing items around and finally found what she had been searching for. A Blue shirt she had knitted when she was younger and a small pair of jeans from when Nick was a child. She smiled to herself, looking at the outfit, it was big enough for Bo to wear. Going back downstairs, with a confident smile on, she walked in the bathroom and looked at him showing him the clothes.
  16. Frustratingly, Lori sighed. Sauntering back to Luke's room, she'd hate to tell him he had to spend more time in this forsaken place any longer than he wanted to. Peeping in his room, she slowly walked over to the chair, sitting down. "You're doctor won't be here till later today..."
  17. Lori shook her head at him slowly, smiling. Getting up from the chair she was sitting in beside his bed, Lori walked at a brisk pace to the nurse's desk to ask when he could be released. She was more than thrilled to have him home, but she felt that things just wouldn't be the same at all. Leaning against the desk with am arm rested on it, a boot propped up against it, Lori smiled at the nurse. "Excuse me ma'am, I was wondering when Lukas Duke could be released?"
  18. Lori smiled a little, nodding. She looked around the room, silence encompassed them. Still stroking his hand softly, slowly, Lori sighed a little. "I'm not sure they'll let you go home so early, But I'll ask your nurse."
  19. Lori chuckled lightly, patting his hand gently. "Patience dear...you're not going anywhere here anytime soon..." She smirked.
  20. Bo could sympathize with her. He'd been in her shoes plenty of times. He also knew his eldest cousin too, He wouldn't give up without a fight and he most definently wouldn't give up on being over protective of his youngest sister. ~~ Lori sighed softly, sitting back down in the hospital seat scooting closer. She took his calloused hand in her two soft ones, smoothing her thumb over his fingers in a calming manner. "I know Luke...just calm down and relax darlin', everything'll be ok."
  21. Bo looked at her, backing out of the parking lot. "Like Luke? Honey, I'm far from it." He knew what she meant. "But, I do agree with him on a lot of things and I know it may seem like he's being too over protective at times, he does it because he cares."
  22. Moving her arms up, crossing them now changing to stand in a different stance, Lori rolled her eyes a little, muttering things under her breath. "Only thing I said was that there was some things she'd hafta ask other people about...I DID drop it.." She snapped at him lightly, holding her chin up a little in a defiant manner. ~~ Bo shook himself out of his thoughts, looking at JJ with a puzzled look for a moment. "Sorry.." He mumbled, picking up his pace going over to the General. Swinging his long jean clad legs in through the driver's side window, Bo slid in, starting up the charger.
  23. Bo got up, curiously wandering what had happened in the room. Nodding a little, more so to himself, he got up and walked out in behind her at a slower pace, watching her. ~~ Lori turned to look at him, her hands flying to her hips. "HOW on God's green earth is it partly MY fault?!!"
  24. Lori sighed a little, watching her go. "I got a feelin you're fixin to say this is all my fault right?" Bo looked up as JJ excited the room, raising a brow at her. "What's wrong?"
