We sure missed ya!
It always feels good when someone who's been gone for awhile comes back to Hazzard County.

I'm glad I'm retired. We have a 150 foot driveway and I've never owned a snowblower. We're supposed to get a foot too but I'll have all day to keep up with it. They showed a nationwide map and this storm is huge....creating a swath from New England to New Mexico. I was supposed to take my mom to a specialist in Pittsburgh (2 hours away) Tuesday morning but that's supposed to be the worst of it so we're going to change the appointment. Today was the 25th anniversary of asking my wife to marry me. Good news today, we found a shih-tzu puppy. It's only 2 days old but we'll be getting it in April. We haven't had a dog for 5 years. 

I watched 'Logan Lucky' last night and it was fun. I'm not quite sure why they cast an American as the main British character and Daniel Craig as an American, but I'll view the next James Bond film in a new light (if they ever release it)!

I checked IMDb after watching the movie and then had to skip through it again to spot all the cameos by NASCAR drivers. There's Ryan Blaney, Brad Keselowski, Joey Logano, Carl Edwards, Kyle Busch and Kyle Larson, and Mike Joy, Darrell Waltrip and Jeff Gordon all appear as themselves at the race.

My dad's procrastinating struck again. Lost out on a deal for a used snowblower. Was gonna go in half and half with him but since he procrastinated in calling his brother it got sold  . I have so had it with his procrastination BS. Local channels are saying we could see up to a foot of snow by Tuesday morning, so yeah really could have used that snowblower.

Sure don't get your money's worth at Bob Evans anymore. Got their new fried chicken dinner and let me tell you it don't look like the picture on their menu. When we got home I thought I got the wrong meal but nope it was correct just a lot smaller than than the menu picture. Ever since those dang wall street jackals bought Bob Evans restaurants portions have shrunk and customer service has gone down hill. 

Well that sucked, 16 cars out of the race just like that and only on lap 15. And looks like the race is going to be delayed for quite a while due the the bucket being poured on the track.

They're gonna try and restart the race in a few minutes and get the rest of the race in tonight. 

LoL I'll have to ask her who she thinks is the best looking guy on GH. None of them are as handsome as Jesse Duke though. Speaking of Denver Pyle, I just watched the episode of Andy Griffith where Drisco Darling has a crush on Aunt Bea. Denver was born in 1920 and she was born in 1902 but they looked similar in age. I'm now Denver's age from the second year of the filming of Dukes.

She even got a job at the post office and rides wheelies on her dirt bike to deliver the letters. Of course there's the old saying "what's good for the goose is good for the gander". In exchange, I've been working on my Jesse look and sound to make her happy. Here goes "I ain't yer Uncle Jesse!" There, did that sound like him? 

I'm more of a Miz Emma Tisdale, Grannie Annie or Swamp Molly kinda guy myself.....they're hotter than Charlie's Angels.

I'm afraid I had to Google her name, Roger. It looks like she's been in a lot of things I've heard of, but very few that I've seen. One thing in her bio caught my eye - she's from a place in Mississippi called Purvis, which is nearly our favorite sheriff's middle name.

The only girl currently on TV I think is pretty is Lacey Chabert. She does a lot of Hallmark movies now but was most famous for Mean Girls. She's nowhere as pretty as my wife or Emma Tisdale but she's okay. Maybe Hoss or someone can post a newer picture of her since I don't know how. She looks a little different now than on Mean Girls.

Alex Bowman won the Daytona 500 pole in qualifying Wednesday night. Aric Almirola won the first duel and Austin Dillon the 2nd duel. Austin Cindric, Ryan Preece, David Ragan and Kaz Grala raced their way into the Daytona 500 either with qualifying speed or duel finishes.

I haven't been to the cinema for years (I've actually lost count just how many), and so like many others, this movie has passed me by. The trailer (below) looks quite fun, so I'll check it out if I get a chance. BTW, Spike, IMDb says that Channing Tatum was born in Alabama, but none of the other leads appear to be from the South, and Daniel Craig isn't even from the south of England.
 
 

It was an ok movie, a bit over the top with the southern schtick considering I don't think any of the cast was from the south.

Anyone here seen the movie Logan Lucky?  Its been one of my favorite movies since it came out and I realized today that it has a very 'Dukes' flavor to it.  If you haven't seen it, do so any let me know what you think!
