  1. Joe smirked in response and curled the whip back up, tucking it back under his coat. "Well I was just provin' to you what an excellent shot I am....seein' as you seemed to doubt my abilities with it..."
  2. Bo nodded, putting his free arm behind his head. "Yeah much...would feel even better if I could move my other arm though..."
  3. Just to make a point and because he knew Hank would not only hate it but also because it would prove a point, Joe cracked open his whip and caught Hank expertly across his chest, the tip just catching his chin.
  4. Bo looked over again, noticing what Luke meant, and got a slight suspicion that maybe it wasn't so much Luke was worried about Bo's comfort...but more Luke wanted him closer by but wasn't about to say so. He knew Luke was terrified behind the jokes and calm exterior really. He nodded with a smile and got up, carefully getting into the bed next to him and stretching out.
  5. Joe scowled up at Hank, moving the small stick he had from his mouth to his hand and pointing at him. "Don't you use my full name or i'll crack out my whip an' see who's havin' the last laugh..."
  6. Bo smiled and looked back to him, trying to find a comfortable way to sit in the typically uncomfortable hospital chairs.
  7. Joe caught the hat and tossed it onto the floor, rolling his eyes. "Oh of course...whenever its a purty lil' gal Hank's world changes from everythin' else to one person an no-one else gets noticed until somethin' drastic happens..."
  8. Bo shook his head, looking up at the cieling. "Nu uh, your not sweet talking your way outta this one..."
  9. Bo chuckled, shaking his head. "Well you just gonna have to find another way now ain't ya..."
  10. Joe smirked a little and shook his head, taking off his hat and resting it on his knees. "Only thin' I can't figure out is why he would only chase me an' not you..."
  11. Joe looked up as Hank appeared in the entrance and grinned back, shaking his head. "No nothing that fun...just gave our much loved leader of the town a wrong look I think...one minute i'm standin' talkin' to Uncle Jeramiah an' next thing I know I'm runnin' from the Sheriff..."
  12. Bo looked shocked but anyone who saw it could tell that it was put on. "Well then no more performances for you!"
  13. Joe was already happily settled, his horse tied and grazing in a nearby hidden thicket while he settled inside the cave to wait until the heat was off and it was safe to ride out again for a while and head back to the farm.
  14. Joe looked behind him as Hank appeared on the scene and instantly created the diversion he needed to make his getaway. He stopped only long enough to watch the Sheriff get carried off by his horse before laughing a little and racing his horse down to his and Hank's newly formed hideout spot.
  15. Bo just grinned back with a chuckle, before taking a bow. "Thank ya very much.."
  16. Joe continued to ride his horse down the dusty roads, jumping a fence and racing across an open field with a small smile. He loved just running through the countryside on his horse, be it running from someone or going to get somewhere, it was just something he enjoyed. It gave him a sense of peace and allowed him to enjoy the finer things in life, like the fresh country air and the smell of nature. He was sharply brought back to his thoughts as a gunshot rang out from behind him and he saw the Sheriff was not too far away from him. With a small flick of the reins and a 'Ya', he encouraged his horse to run faster.
  17. Bo snorted a little. "Gonna go? You already are nuts..."
  18. Bo looked to Luke like he'd suddenly lost his mind. "Luke...of course you're gonna have to stay here you can't go around with a broken foot..."
  19. Bo chuckled and pulled his hands away, sitting back in the chair again and nodding. "Alright i'll quit..."
  20. Bo grinned, reaching out and ruffling Luke's hair purely because he knew his older cousin hated it.
  21. Bo eventually managed to get back into breathing normally again and his almsot childish giggles ceased. "Ah well...that felt good..."
  22. Bo nodded, wiping the tears of laughter from his eyes with a sigh. "S'alright..."
  23. Bo shrugged as much as he could with one shoulder, finally leaning back still chuckling as he shook his head. "I'm sorry...it...its just...you sound like him so much.."
  24. Bo nodded a little, getting control of himself as best he could but finding it incrediably hard to do so.
  25. Bo was doubled over laughing now, hearing the first four words that mimicked Uncle Jesse's tone perfectly. He shook his head, gasping in laughing breaths, unable to speak.
