  1. Jow winced as he saw the problem. An especially large and problamatic stone had wedged itself into her foot....and inside Joe bubbled up with anger a little at Hank....he had let a girl get in the way of the well being of his horse. Usually if Fly had a problem, Hank would check it straight off...
  2. Bo grinned "They finally used the ol' mallet on the head then?!"
  3. Joe looked at her properly, frowning a little before leaning down and checking her hoof.
  4. Bo grinned back, sitting back down in his chair again. "So how come you ain't sick then?"
  5. Joe chuckled and stood up "There ain't nothin' wrong, you's just bein' lazy ain't ya...!"
  6. Bo laughed and nodded. "Well she said she's gonna come up later an' cast her foot up..."
  7. Joe ran his hands gently over it, watching her movements carefully to gauge her reactions and check nothing was wrong.
  8. Bo laughed a little, patting his shoulder. "Don't feel sick or nothin' though..."
  9. Joe called her to a halt and tied her to the fence, patting her back before looking at her hind leg.
  10. Joe reached out and caught it before she could throw it away again, hanging it on the gate as they went through to the pasture.
  11. Bo smiled and rubbed his hand gently. "Hey there cousin....have a nice nap?"
  12. Joe sighed and looked to her. "Your just gonna play up arn't ya.."
  13. Bo looked over to his older cousin and noticed the small movements, nodding and standing up, laying one hand over Luke's.
  14. Bo smiled, turning away from the door as the nurse rounded the corner.
  15. Joe chuckled, shaking his head as he got her head collar on before leading her to one of the big pastures.
  16. Jow chuckled, he too carried Sugar lumps but not in the shirt pocket Fly was nuzzling at. He gently started to take her tack off. "Nu uh, you're not havin' one of them till we get you off favourin' yer hind leg missy..."
  17. Bo smiled, leaning back so he could watch her walk down the hallway. "Ideas already got, implanted and on course i'm sorry..."
  18. Bo shrugged with his one good shoulder, turning a cheeky grin back to him. "Possibly..."
  19. Bo smiled and returned to his Nurse watching...
  20. Joe smiled and shook his head, heading over to Fly with a smile. "Hey there girl...lets get this tack off you and really stretch your legs a bit..."
  21. Jow chuckled, grabbing a head collar. "Right....i'll get her outta that habit right quick..."
  22. Bo looked over before looking up at the clock. "Nah she hasn't finished school yet....got about half an hour...Daisy'll bring her..."
  23. Joe nodded, shutting the barn doors to make sure Splinter couldn't get out and hurt himself more. "You want me to take Fly an' do some trainin' with her?"
  24. Bo settled back to get as comfortable as he could to wait for Luke to wake up, just watching his older cousin a moment before directing his gaze out the door to do a little 'Nurse hunting'.
  25. Bo nodded, sitting in a chair beside Luke's bed. "You got that right..."
