"He what...he walked?!" Lavinia asked gently as she rocked Bo who was starting to settle down again.

Bo's whimpering erupted into frightened wailing as Luke continued to talk in a louder voice, frightening him more. Lavinia hurried out from where she was doing the washing. "Luke your back! Hey sweetie...c'mon Bo..." Carefully she took Bo from Luke's arms, rocking him gently.

Bo jumped as he heard Luke's part yell, whimpering and falling to the floor, eyes big and worried as he looked up at his older cousin.

Bo however was not one to wait, even back when he was a kid. Crawling into the kitchen, he saw Luke and squealed excitedly, grabbing onto the table and pulling himself to his feet, walking towards Luke. "Wuke!"

However, the first voice he heard was not that of his Aunt or Uncle, it was the delighted shriek that came from the living room. "Wuke!!"

Bo frowned and looked to Luke once more. "What d'ya mean?"

Bo chuckled. "Guess I was always a compulsive bundle of surprises then huh.."

Bo hugged Luke back though his little arms didn't reach round Luke completly as Lavinia looked on with a smile, hugging Jesse.

Lavinia smiled, looking to Jesse with tears in her eyes. "He said his first word Jessie..." Bo however seemed completly oblivious to the feat he had achieved, once again being facinated with Luke's shirt buttons.

Lavinia grabbed his hand and pulled him into the living room, sitting next to Luke on the couch and getting Bo's attention again, him having been once more more interested in playing with Luke's shirt buttons, asked him softly. "Bo...Bo whose this..." At this she pointed to Luke. Bo looked to Luke then looked back to Lavinia and Jesse, smiling before pointing to Luke himself and saying. "Wuke..."

Lavinia nodded, taking Bo from Luke and hugging him. "Your such a good boy arn;t ya huh...you clever boy..." Bo looked a bit startled at the sudden attention, blinking a little before grinning and burbling again. Lavinia smiled and handed Bo back to Luke before rushing to the door, calling out. "Jesse! Jesse come quick!!"

Bo whimpered a little, tugging more before saying. "Wuke...Wuke..." Lavinia bit her lip as Bo said it, putting a hand across her mouth. "Oh my..."

Bo looked surprised as he was put down on the floor, looking between Luke and his Auntie. He crawled forward again and tugged on Luke's pant leg, making small noises.

Lavinia shook her head, knowing how Bo worked. "Luke, I don't doubt he said it...but if you pay attention to him he won't say it because he doesn't need the attention...if you leave him and just act like your not paying attention he'll probably do it again..."

Bo looked up as he was spoken to, watching Luke talk to him before burbling happily and going back to playing with Luke's buttons.

Lavinia's eyes widened a little, a hand going to her mouth. "He did?!"

Lavinia looked to him, amazed at how the young boy could switch between emotions so quickly. "What?"

Auntie bit her lip gently, looking over the two boys, sighing. "I don't know Luke...some children grow out of asthma as they grow up...he's always gonna have to be careful..."

Lavinia shook her head, coming into the lounge with them and sitting beside the two boys, stroking through Bo's hair softly who, for a moment, looked startled as to where the action came from before smiling and giggling as he saw Auntie. "I don't know Luke...he just is..."

Lavinia looked over as Luke muttered miserably, sighing gently. "I know its not Luke...but that's life sweetie..."

Bo however didn't really seem to care, burbling away happily to himself as he played with his toes.

"I know your just playing Luke..." Lavinia said patiently, getting this every time she reminded him. "But you have to be careful...I tell you this for a reason every time hunny..."

Bo giggled in surprise as Luke tickled him, wriggling in his lap as he laughed. That was how Lavinia found them when she walked in a few minutes later with her basket full of vegtables, setting them down. "Now Luke you be careful please, I'd rather not have Bo having an asthma attack if we can help it..."

Bo didn't answer this time, starting to get tired of that game as he went back to playing with Luke's buttons.
