Possible RP Site Anyone Interested?
BoJamesDuke replied to runningwild's topic in General Discussion
I do have my own rp site too ya know Daisy You were a member at some point lol. Yeah I'll play along, but I have to say now that if it gets to the point that there are way too many made up characters I'll have to pull out because it really does ruin my fun...especially if they're extra long lost Dukes cousins. Nothing against the people who made up those characters, but there are enough cousins to go round and Bo and Luke do not need more brothers and sisters. It just gets too complicated. The only characters that I have rp'd with that I've ever felt really truly comfortable with is BL Davenport. I'm starting to get to know Lori a bit better, but Lori the person knows what I feel about that already. ;-) -
Bo sighed and hung his head, not turning around. Luke could talk all he wanted, but it wasn't words Bo wanted to hear...it was proof. He'd seen all the evidence that had been backing up everything that he had been saying to Luke...he's seen nothing that showed him Luke was being serious. Finally Bo turned again, looking back to Luke. "I can't forgive you...not this eaisly and not this soon...you've got a long way to go to prove to me that the man I looked up to is still there somewhere...I can't just take your word for it anymore."
-
Bo glanced to Luke and smiled a little, nodding softly as he took a deep breath and rested back against the couch.
-
Bo didn't speak while Luke spoke, he didn't even move. He did listen though, listened to every word Luke said because the little kid in him that desperatly wanted to just revert back to the childhood days when everything was happy and nothing serious ever really happened. When Luke had finished his speech, Bo still didn't look up or move. He just lay there thinking about what Luke said. It didn't make him love Luke any better than before he had made the speech, didn't make him not want to turn around and storm off again either. Luke was calling him his brother again, when Bo still doubted that Luke truly actually meant the words. Shaking his head, Bo finally sat up and looked Luke in the eye from the roof of the car. "No Luke...you didn't just break a promise to me...you killed me...and everything I ever believed in..." Bo slid down the side of the car, seeing the confused expression on Luke's face. "Of course you don't understand...when you were a kid you always looked up to Uncle Jesse as a hero, or the comic book characters and dont give me none of this you were my hero either cause I KNOW that ain't true. But...for me...the only one I was ever interested in was you...all I ever wanted to be when I grew up was exactly like my older cousin...because he was my hero...he was the one taught me right from wrong, taught me everything...and he was real...someone I could count on, believe in...I never thought i'd see the day I would be thankful I am nothing like you....but recently I have done." Bo shook his head, putting his hands on his hips and turning away.

*END FLASHBACK* Bo sighed softly as he looked down into his now empty cocoa mug, swirling the little dregs in the bottom round and round.
-
Lavinia swallowed back tears, trembling a little as she looked back to her little boy.
-
Bo shrugged, not moving his arm and not looking to Luke. "You can talk, don't mean i'll listen. An' if you mention her even once I ain't stayin'."
-
Lavinia looked up as he came in, swallowing hard "Doc...Doc how is he?"
-
Bo didn't look to him, one arm slung over his eyes, as he mumbled back. He was actually trying to relax in the sun like he used to by the lake. The only reason he wasn't doing it by the lake was because Uncle Jesse wanted him here. "Keep your old grey hair on grandad, they're coming when Daisy gets home."
-
To Bo's dismay, it wasn't long before he was back at the still site, no matter how many detours he tried to take in order to make the trip longer. He would have been longer if he had been in the General because he could have made some jumps, but as it was, sliding into the General actually made him feel sick with the amount of memories that kept tumbling back to him when he did. He sighed as he pulled up and got out the car, slamming the door before hoisting himself up to lie on the roof in the sun, unsnapping his shirt and slipping it off his shoulders so he was tanning himself but lying on his shirt so he wouldn't burn his back on the heat of the metal.
-
Bo looked even smaller than usual in the hospital bed that near engulfed him, many tubes and wires running from that little body. Lavinia was sat with Luke, rocking him gently as she had been since all this had happened, much for her own comfort as for Lukes.
-
Bo hadn't moved, besides the trembling of his body and his weakly rising chest, from the spot on the couch, eyes closed. Lavinia was still holding Luke close, leaning against Jesse as they waited anxiously for the ambulance to arrive, the Doc sitting by Bo, helping out as much as she could.
-
Lavinia bit her lip and cuddled Luke as close as she could, rubbing his back as she rocked him softly.
-
Bo moaned a little, quietly as Jesse put the inhaler into his mouth and breathed in what little of the medicine he could. The doc shook his head and looked to Jesse "He needs to go to the hospital..."
-
Lavinia swallowed hard, looking over Bo as she hugged Luke close, watching the doctor start quickly checking Bo over. "Shhh Luke....shhh..."
-
Lavinia sighed, rocking Luke gently in her lap and kissing his head softly. "Luke its gonna be okay...we'll find him...he'll be alright..."
-
Bo didn't even have the energy to lift his arms and hug Jesse back, shock starting to set in as he gripped his little empty inhaler in his hands, having used it all night to keep himself breathing through the cold and panic. Lavinia hugged him close, wrapping all the blankets around him again "It'll be alright.."
-
Lavinia nodded softly, keeping Luke gently still so the Doc could look him over "I know you did...its alright Luke baby..." Bo swallowed, barely able to breath and shaking with wet and cold in the little mud hole he was in, hearing his Uncle shouting his name. He opened his mouth and called out weakly "Unca...Je..Jes..Jesse..."
-
Bo sighed as Luke fianlly stepped away, seeing he was getting no where with the young blonde and slid into the General Lee again, following Cooter.
-
Lavinia crossed to Luke quickly as she heard Luke call for her from the couch, sitting next to him and soothing a hand gently through his hair, signalling the Doc over. "I know baby...I know..its alright though.."
-
Bo however couldn't look back at Rebecca as Luke was giving him a lecture that he wasn't really listening to.
-
Luke put his hands on his hips and glared a little after Cooter as he edged the wrecker forwards, shaking his head as he returned to Bo and forced his gaze onto him again, intending to get this stamped out before it started properly.
-
Bo however didn't hear Uncle Jesse calling them, having wandered in completly the wrong direction and into the back fields. The little six year old boy was lost and now terrified of everything around him. Swallowing he jumped as he bumped into something and fell to the ground, peering through the darkness as best he could as he whimpered out his Uncle's name, hoping it was him or Luke. He soon let out a scream though that was lost in the wind, as lightning illuminated the figure and he found himself looking up at a scarecrow. Scrambling to his feet, Bo ran in any direction he could, his breathing getting worse but not stopping to wait for that thing he had run into to get him. Before he knew what was happening, Bo had tumbled down a long slope and lay sobbing and shaking on the floor in the mud, freezing cold and scared out of his mind...his chest getting tighter.
-
Luke nodded. "Don't remind me...plus we got a bigger problem..." He added as he pointed Cooter's gaze in Bo's direction who was looking back at Rebecca with a small, love-struck smile.
