A bit different but there is a graphic novel, or a series of comic books, refered to as Blackest Night. They're Green Lantern comics. I tell you when I read those I actually imagined a score. No other book did I imagine the score. I still remember reading one of the Double Fudge books in fourth grade and to this day I can visually remember how I picture their house by the creek and the apartment building in another. Now I've been reading the manga of One Piece lately so that I can read what the One Piece is when we know and I do hear the music that I hear when I watch the show as I read it. I really don't know if the same can be said for any other books. Now if I read Star Trek or Star Wars books I'll of course hear Harrison For and William Shatner but it takes something unique to make me hear the score as I read.

Yep! Used to love the theme song when I was little. We watched it so much I never even thought anything of it being in black and white. I mean like I wouldn't even realize it was in black and white if that makes sense. It just was cause it didn't need to be in color. If you get the chance look up Grand Theft Auto (1977) if you've never seen it. It's the first film ol Ronnie ever directed

I'm not as obsessed as I am with some other shows but I'm definitely a fan. I used to swear Gilligan and Dick Grayson wore the same sweater.

This is my Dukes rocking chair I had when I wasna kid. My aunt's husband made it for me in 2001 when I was still only three. It's graphic is obviously from the Dukes of Hazzard Racing for Home. I took it outside and got some of that wood cleaner that you dilute with water and went to work. My dukes car collection is on top of the box next to it!

I'm outta reactions... But I love this post. So here you go Road Pirate. ❤️

The Dukes of Hazzard, Darkwing Duck, Good Troop, Chip & Dale, Secret Squirrel, Batman TAS, Superman TAS, Justice League, Static Shock, Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh, One Piece, Bratz, Pac-Man, Smurfs, Snorks, Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi, Ozzy & Drix, Space Ghost, The Brak Show, Home Movies, Mission Hill, Seinfeld, Starsky & Hutch, Atomic Betty, Fairy Oddparents- A lot of Boomerang so plenty of classic cartoons as well as modern shows that came out when I was a kid. I really miss when RTV used to be a thing. They'd show A-Team, then Knight Rider. Really like The Incredible Hulk, The Wild Wild West, and Adventures of Superman too. I feel like I'd be here all day. My mom was born in 60 and my dad in 75 lol. So me having been born in 97 I consider myself VERY lucky in terms of the pop culture I got to enjoy. Everything from every generation almost

You can find Hazzard on Bit Chute. They're facing the right way, and the audio is normal speed too.

Shame I'm late on this- I really love this episode. Used to watch it all the time after first learning of Coy and Vance. I came home after staying at my cousins and told my dad "Bo was wearing Luke's shirt but Luke didn't look like Luke" my dad then explained the tale of Coy and Vance. A funny take but this was around 2011. Years later I realized CMT was showing those episodes but cause of Christopher Mayer's passing.

Why are people so hard on Coy and Vance?
Road Pirate replied to LuvJessInDaisyDukes's topic in General Discussion
I love Coy and Vance! No disrespect to anyone because it's not the actors vault but I would rather watch some Coy and Vance then ANY episode without Rosco or Cooter. As in their "replacements". I'm a way Coy and Vance are obviously meant to be copies but they still feel like their own guys. Way more positive and cheerful almost cartoonishly so but it has a charm that works. Have Lester try to act like Rosco after being introduced as some mean dude the blunders seem so forced it doesn't work at all. Same with Cooter's cousins when he sticks his tongue out the exact same way Cooter would. Coy and Vance had the same lines but they were delivered differently and I enjoy it. Plus who doesn't like seeing Enos and Cletus share a squad car in season 5? -
I love this series. I really hope we can recover the missing episodes and remaster the ones we have

One of my absolute favorites! Probably my favorite so come actually. Tied with Cheers but I think Seinfeld is funnier

Mine is also! If it's a professional league I'm a Pittsburgh fan, OSU for college, Celtics for NBA and LA for WNBA

Dukes Display Case
Road Pirate replied to Road Pirate's topic in Dukes of Hazzard Collectibles & Memorabilia
Thank you I really appreciate that!!! 🙏🏻 Glad to be apart of it! -
That's unfortunate. I think it's a hit or miss kinda thing. I really wish these shows would come to a more consistent streaming service. Even though I own some of them I still want them to be accessible to everyone. I heard rumors Tubi was going to get The Dukes cartoon as they were getting a bunch of other WB properties but I haven't seen it yet unless I missed it. Was excited about it too since I only own the first season of the cartoon on you tube and the first episode of the second.

You stole my fuel Uncle Jesse. That's naughty naughty. 😂

Jesse was sitting on the dirt bike that was sitting on the bow of the Minnow as Skipper looked at him in the rear view mirror while trying to keep his eyes on the road at the same time. Now Jesse had something in both of his hands as he straddled the dirt bike trying to keep from falling. He noticed Skipper's eyes looking in the rear view mirror so he revealed the first one. It was a moonshine jug. Jesse turned it upside down to show Skipper there was nothing in it. Right away Skipper realized Jesse had used the Professor's coconut moonshine to put in the gas tank of the dirt bike. Jesse tossed the jug down. What he wouid reveal in his other hand would change the complexion of the entire race.....at least for awhile.....

Hobie still seems to have a very slight lead over most of the crowd , since he just passed Garrett! . Hobie is wondering ( as is most of the crowd ) What the Hazzard does Garrett have under his hood? How is he making it move so fast? He's trying not to show his surprise as Garrett continues to fight him for the lead!

I see things happen there too with shows like in Gilligan's Island, users flip the film around so in the scene "a three hour tour a three hour tour" the Minnow sails left to right instead of the original right to left, and some videos have the sound highly slowed messed up in them too.
