Watching Dukes at 8:00 Friday evening is awesome since that's when it was on when it originally aired. Hobie Hartkins
Hobie Hartkins
We used to watch it ( my high school friends) back when it first came on and we couldn't drive yet, so sitting in front of the TV watching the Dukes, was the big time! It was something about the Dukes of Hazzard on Friday night.....something magic...It was how we partied on a Friday night! LOL! RogerDuke
Dukes came out when I was 19 and since our antenna wasn't good enough I would go to my grandparents to watch it. They only lived 2 spits and a rock throw away. I always stayed around and watched Dallas after that but Dallas didn't end up sticking with me 4 decades later like Dukes did. Hobie Hartkins
Right on! Well, you're not but 4-5 yrs. older than me Roger. I remember when it was brand new, '79...I was 14...freshman in high school. I still watched it religiously ever since but when I turned 16....too many friends, girls and malls to check out!
