After finding out some intersecting facts apparently both John Schneider and Jeff Foxworthy both grew up in Atlanta and went to University of Georgia which he so proudly talks about I wonder did the two know each other in College?

That reminds me of a joke that Foxworthy said before the Olympic Games opened in Atlanta. He said that when they release the doves of peace in the opening ceremony, there would be rednecks in the parking lot with shotguns hunting for lunch.

I don't know, Julie, that is a good question. How old is John as compared to Mr. Foxworthy? I guess that I just figured John didn't go to college, just because he went on to do the Dukes of Hazzard after highschool, when he was 18. So, I appologize that I can't help you with that one. But, it would be funny if they did know eachother.

John didn't go to college there. He went to High School in Atlanta, not college- he got the role for Bo Duke just out of high school. He may very well know Jeff Foxworthy, but I don't think it's through school...unless I'm mistaken.

i didn't think he went to college either. i don't see ho he could of. he went on dukes right out of high school and after that he did country music i think. i don't know. i could be wrong but i don't think he ever went to college. that would be funny if they knew each other though.lol

Well Foxworthy was born in 1958 compared to John being born in 1960.

From what I know, John didn't go to the college, he told so when he did the casting for "hazzard", pretending that existed a sort of "driving college".

He went to live in Georgia at 14 with his mother.
