Bo did nothing but sit and stare at his hands as he tried to think of what he should say next. He knew he had hurt Luke by leaving like he had, but he was too upset to talk about it at that moment and he had known he would have lost his temper should he have stayed behind and talked about it more.

Luke ran his hand through his hair and sighed softly. "I'm worried boutcha Bo," he admitted softly.

Bo swallowed and looked to him.

"Worried? Why Worried?"

"Everythin...you...this whole thing with Troy...been eatin ya up...look at yaself...ya done made yaself sick over it...an I knew...if ya knew bout Jesse...ya wouldn't take it well...an I knew Troy needed ya...I needed ya...I couldn't risk...what tellin ya would do... not til...things settled a bit."

Bo swallowed a little more, shaking his head a little.

"I...I'm not sick..."

"Ya are Bo...look in the mirror...your eyes.." pleaded Luke. "They's so sunk in...an yer pale..."

Bo sighed and shook his head

"Luke yer seein' things...I ain't sick..."

Luke sighed. "Fine..." he said softly, not up to arguing again.

Bo looked away again, standing up and going over to the window, watching Troy playing outside.

Luke laid his head back against his pillow with a sigh. "You used to talk to me.." he said quietly.

"So did you to me...there weren't nothin' we kept from each other..."

Bo swallowed, shaking his head.

"What's happened ta us Luke...when did we get like this..."

"I don't know," answered Luke, his voice quivering a little as he spoke. "But I don't like it."

Bo shook his head

"I dont either..."

Luke stared at a spot on the wall, willing back the tears that threatened his eyes. Somewhere, things had gone wrong...horribly wrong. He felt as if he was not only possibly losing an uncle, but that he had lost a brother too. He missed him. Of course he didn't say any of this- there was a time when he wouldn't have needed to...Bo would just know... but now...

He sighed though it sounded more like a low wimper.

Bo looked to Luke as he heard the part sigh, part whimper. Swallowing hard he crossed to Luke and sat on the bed beside him, giving him a hug - the only thing he could think to do.

Luke bit his lip before returning the hug. "I miss you Bo," he said a tightness in his voice.

"I miss you too Luke..."

Bo whispered back.

Luke swallowed hard, not knowing what to do, still hugging Bo, almost as if he was afraid if he let go, he might lose him forever.

Bo hugged Luke just as much as Luke was hugging Bo. Everything had been thrown up in the air and jumbled around so that things were no longer the stable constant way of life that Bo was used to. Now Bo knew change had to happen...but so much so fast was becoming downright scary..

For once Luke didn't have a plan. Never before had things gotten so out of shape that they couldn't be made right again. Now things were spiraling out of control and Luke felt like he was falling with them.

Eventually Bo pulled back and sat softly on the bed beside Luke.

"Your scared too huh..."

"Outta my mind," admitted Luke softly.

"Everythin's changin'...an' its all just happenin' real fast..."

Bo admitted quietly as well.

"Feels like...ya don't know if yer comin or goin' half the time...." said Luke quietly.

Bo nodded with a sigh.

"Yeah..."
