Luke swallowed, and keeping his knife clenched crawled out. "Who're you?"

The girl watched as Luke crawled out from under the bush, keeping her distance so as not to scare him and also to keep away from the knife he held.

"I'm Jamie Lynn..."

Luke slowly got to his feet and seeing that she appeared to be alone, sheathed his knife. "What d'ya want?"

"Well...I saw tyre tracks an' the last time tyre tracks were around here someone had been kidnapped...came out here to see if there was anyone out here..."

She explained gently, seeing he didn't look very well.

Luke leaned on a nearby tree, more to steady himself than anything. "So where exactly am I?" he asked, trying to look stronger than he felt. He still wasn't sure of she was alone, and his Marine training told him to not trust anyone, especially in unfamiliar territory.

Jaime Lynn watched him lean on a tree, biting her bottom lip softly before answering.

"Your in Hatchapee County..."

"Hatchapee County?!" He swallowed and closed his eyes.

Jamie Lynn watched him and eventually said.

"Your not from round here...are ya..."

He looked at her, tempted to make a sarcastic remark, but instead says, "No, I ain't. I'm from Hazzard."

"Hazzard?! How the heck did you find yourself out here?!" She exclaimed.

"Now that there is the million dollar question ain't it?" asks bitterly, worried for Bo.

Jaimie Lynn stepped back a few paces, wincing at his tone. She nodded softly and turned away, walking in the direction she had come as she said.

"I see...well...see ya round..."

He swallowed. "Wait...please...I need your help."

Jaimie stopped and looked back to Luke, a small frown on her face.

"My help?"

He nodded looking at her, his face a little pale. "Please..."

Jaime paused a moment before nodding and moving forward, letting him lean on her as she took him back through the woods.

He swallowed thankful for the steadiness of someone to lean on. He still felt dizzy, as if the world was spinning around him...or maybe he was spinning and the world was still. He couldn't tell. All he knew was that Bo was in trouble and somehow he had to find him.

Jaime carried on walking him through the woods until they came to a small secluded cottage and she led him inside there, gently lowering him down onto the couch.

His eyes dart around the room as he sits, noting every possible exit, as he had been trained to do. He was uneasy in this place, and coupled with the fact that he was alone, he had to admit he was a bit scared without Bo by his side.

She leant out the living room door and called upstairs.

"Mom! Mom I need some help down here..."

He swallowed hard as a voice called from upstairs.

"What is it now...if you found another hurt critter ya can just put it backwhere ya got it from."

Jamie bit her lip and called back up.

"Ain't so much a critter mom but he is hurt..."

A woman came down the stairs. "What on earth are you talking about? What on...oh..." she says spotting Luke.

Normally Luke would have stood in the presence of a lady. but righ now, he only managed a nod.

"I found him out at the place where the kidnapper's were last time...'member...he's from Hazzard County..."

She said to her

"Hazzard County?" she repeated looking at him. "You're sure a long ways from home..."

Luke looked towards her swallowing, then closing his eyes against the movement in the room.

"Well what's wrong with him?" she asked as Luke couldn't seem to stay focused on any one thing.
