miz_smarteepantz
I am trying to update my profile and I have noticed on several of the posts that it says hazzardite for life. Is this something that has to be typed in the avatar place? I feel that I am and always will be and have been a hazzardite for life. Thanks in advance for any help.Brandy
Brian Coltrane
Brandy, your HazzardNet status automatically updates as you continue to post to the boards. So, to become a "Hazzardite for Life" all you need to do is keep participating in the forums here. Brian

Brian Coltrane
Glad you're enjoying HazzardNet! You're always welcome to post in the Chat section of the forums, if you wanna gather up a few folks for a yap in the HNet chatroom. Or, to keep the gathering more contained, you can always leave a private msg for a few of your buddies here and organize it that way. Depends if you want to leave the door open for all passerby or just meet a couple folks at a time.Have fun!Brian
The_Dukes_Generl_Lee01
yeah it's a really good site, I love it it's the best old site I know of cause all the old sites don't work very well now.
MaryAnne
Yeah HNet's been around in various stages since about 1997. Of which we're proud to be able to say that! Kheeehaaa!!
Brian Coltrane
We've had some various stages, awright. I wonder what HazzardNet will look like in another 5 years. Will it be video-interactive and we'll all be staring at one another via webcam? Might be fun, but I'd be tempted to forgo some of my more smarmy remarks. I shouldn't worry too much about the HNet future. I got my hands full with the present.Brian
MaryAnne
Given that Hazzard County itself didn't get to advanced on technology (I still have a hard time with the fax machine at the farm in the first reunion movie! LOL) I think HNet should not advance any further than it has. Of course, I more or less feel that way because I have enough trouble with technology as it is!! GAAAHH!! 8) Skipper Duke
Brian Coltrane
Let's face it, you and me get less qualified for this gig as technology advances. Or, since this is Hazzard, we're actually more qualified by the virtue of bein' less sophisticated. What if Meadowmufn gets into a buncha new programming stuff and decides she actually wants capable people running this place??AAAAAHHHHH!!!Brian
MaryAnne
It means you and I will be out of a job.
Brian Coltrane
GAH!! Are there any other fandom sites hiring for smartass moderators? I could end up moderating a "Knight Rider" message board if I'm not careful. And you, MaryAnne....you'd have to hope some "Miami Vice" site needed extra help....or somethin'. MaryAnne
Yikes! I'll be lucky to end up at a "My Mother the Car" forum. By the way, Brian.....ya missed one of my posts and the 48 hour winder has passed.... LOL
