Beauregard Special Posted June 3, 2005 Report Posted June 3, 2005 Well, all you folks out there'd better run, I think someone lost their mind. Personally, I would have made it 13 for the original states, but oh well.Run for cover! It's THE GENERAL GRANT!The horn plays "Glory! Glory! Hallelujah!" Quote
GeneralLee01 Posted June 3, 2005 Report Posted June 3, 2005 LOL I always pictured the General Grant as a Ford Mustang or Torino but that works too. Quote
Beauregard Special Posted June 6, 2005 Author Report Posted June 6, 2005 General Grant always did strike me as an idea for a Mustang too. Quote
alexrules43 Posted June 6, 2005 Report Posted June 6, 2005 I just got a great idea for a fanfic story from that... Quote
Julieduke Posted June 6, 2005 Report Posted June 6, 2005 I like but just because I might be related to General Grant, his mothers maiden name was Schuetzow and that was my Grandmother's maiden name my Father's side of family. Oh by the way I did a !/25 scale Concorde version of with the artwork done by my father, and I just got the research for the flag and stuff. It started out as a great wandering one night a couple of years ago. I entered it in a model show and everybody was amazed by it and wandering about it didn't win but everybody like thow. Quote
Beauregard Special Posted June 13, 2005 Author Report Posted June 13, 2005 Awesome. I know another one of Ulysseus S. Grant's possible descendents. And I also know a DIRECT descendent of Robert Lee. Pretty cool. Well, I've seen a General Santa Anna in Mexico, like the guy at the Alamo. La Cucaracha is not a good horn. It was a Challenger, though. Some meadow muffin don't know his cars. Go figure. Quote
Julieduke Posted June 13, 2005 Report Posted June 13, 2005 Well, General Grant is related to me on Grandmother Szenger side she was a Scheutzow and he was Scheutzow as well. Oh, wait here is one that everybody is just going to love her I am had relative named Harry Varwig that invented the Beer valve , Varwig is my mother;s maiden name. Quote
Crazy_C Posted June 16, 2005 Report Posted June 16, 2005 the general grant does look cool - but it is trying to be too much like the lee in my opinionat least state side you have better taste in DOH rip offs - try a Yugo 311 done up like the lee - it is painful to seei will not even bother posting up a pic (if i had one) - it is evil - i leave notes on the windsheild saying STOP DISRESPECTING THE GENERAL LEE - never listen thoughon the thing about family inventions - here is one that i always thought was a good idea but it ruins the fun of a car - my grandfather invented ABS Quote
