why is'nt Cooter

All considered, we're lucky they remembered to include 'em in the movie, let alone the trailer.

They aren't in there because they aren't important characters.

in the tv show they were never supposed to be important character but became icons because rednecks grew to like them.

Cooter is the bald dude next to the boys when they blow the shed up at night and Roscoe is the one who yells "Come out with your hands up!", prompting Luke to say "I never get tired of hearing him say that". The aren't featured prominently in the first trailer but it is the first trailer, which seems to be geared to show off the established names they have in the film. I'm sure they'll be another trailer a month or so before the movie comes out, maybe they'll be more of them in that.

Well, maybe if they took out a few o' Simpson's body shots we could GET them into th' first trailer. She's hot, okay, we get it. Movin' on.

We can't expect every Dukes character to be included in the first trailer. We gotta keep in mind that enough folks out there aren't all that familiar with this show's every detail - they did right by not cramming every detail in the first trailer. The second one should be better fleshed out.

Plus, Daisy IS one of the main 3 (or 4) characters, right? She's got even less screen time than Bo or Luke...

Really? Farva is Cooter? I know he was one of the screenwriters... but I thought it was David Koechner, most recently seen in "Anchorman" as Champ Kind, the sportscaster. Weird.

I thought the cop with the mustache and the gut was Roscoe (the guy the Dukes pull up next to in the General at the beginning and then he shows up at the end to see what's wrong with Daisy's jeep). If its not, who's he supposed to be?

That's not Roscoe. I'm not sure who he is but I know Bo and Luke go to Atlanta for some part of the movie. Maybe he's the Atlanta police cheif or something.

I'm not upset about not seeing Cooter, but I think I've seen enough of Jessica.

Her ass might be th' only marketable thing in this whole debacle.
