Amen. The rest of the video was awful, but opening the door was unbelievably stupid, and the worst defacing of the Dukes I've seen yet. IT'S A RACE CAR, DUMMIES! Now having numbers on it is just stupid. They've redefined it as just a car. It seems like a simple thing, but is she really too much of a priss to climb out a window?

General Lee will be in it! He's an original character. I would like a reference to the Coy and Vance characters, but not necessarily the actors.

Not only that, but the "Girls of Hazzard County" doesn't have any Nikki Griffin pictures. All they have is Jessica Simpson pics. Blech!! I hope there are some scenes with those two girls in them, because then the audience will get to see an actual pretty girl as she outshines Jessica Simpson. I'd buy a Nikki Griffin calendar with her posing on the General Lee.

I think we should keep bahamamama here. Keeps things kind of interesting. Angry people are funny. I can just picture him in front of his computer with a pulsing vein in his neck, all red in the face, shaking fist in the air with sweat pouring down his forehead going "I'm gonna teach them!" Getting him mad enough to give himself a hemmorhoid is kind of like a goal of mine. And if he's banned, we may never see that day come to fruition.

City dudes are always thinking farmers have sex with sheep. Onaccounta, that's what they'd do if they got to spend time with sheep, so they figure that's what farmers do. Fact is, though, we're very different people.

She looks like a dude. Are YOU gay? And I don't mean "gay" as in happy. It's pretty obvious you're not a very happy person. But hang in there buckaroo, things aren't all that bad.

I don't think the problem was that they were too much like Bo and Luke, I think the problem was that they were too different from Bo and Luke. The audience couldn't accept a pair of guys driving the General Lee who weren't much like the originals. Now that 20-some odd years have passed, a new generation will be able to handle a drastic change in the "Duke boys," but you can see the same resentment among fans now as there was when the Coy and Vance era started.

I think we've all seen that car from every angle. The video can't have anything we haven't seen. However, some parents may prefer their kids learn that stuff in shop class, when they're old enough. And I agree, that sure is one hot car. Easily the best I've seen. I hope Jessica doesn't block too much of the view.

Well, bear in mind that we are all fans. Look at what Daimler-Chrysler did to the Charger name. We've got a good reason to think that the suits in charge of a studio would make similar tragic mistakes in the name of "updating" a classic. The casting for the film was a disappointment, but more and more diehards are coming to accept it and hope for something tolerable. I'm personally disappointed, but I expect the movie to be a fun, albeit a tad distasteful, two hours of chase scenes and stuff building up to it. If they had gotten everything right, except used a different car, that would have been a worse tragedy. It went from "Oh, YES! Finally a Dukes movie," to "Well, that General Lee still is cool." Personally, I'm glad people are sharing their opinions. To expect them to stop because you complain about their complaining is also naive. Not to mention a bit hypocritical, but I'm still interested to see what people are thinking about the movie.

I didn't think anyone cared about the Pink Panther movie. I expected it to bomb. The Dukes movie will be one of the biggest of the summer. But I still say it could have been better.

I expect that John and Cathy will be there. E! will probably do a show on the premiere the week or so before release.

Or buy it and contact the company saying that your "General Lee" is missing pieces. To sell a "General Lee" without the decal is misleading, because it's not the General Lee then. That'd be like giving you three wheels and calling it good enough.
