    I don't outline but I usually have something in mind for my ending. Then I just kinda let the muses go wherever, occasionally rein 'em back in, sometimes write myself into a corner, bust out of said corner, skip over large parts of the story, then go back and patch it, finish it, polish it and post it!

    It's a wonder I ever finish a fic. LOL

    Hahaha! me too. I just always get distracted by another fic I wanna write! lol

    A-ha, the first chink in the armor GLG :). You were right about the prize money, but it was the Hazzard County snipe-hunting contest (reminded me of 'The Heart Is a Lonely Snipehunter' from season 3 of 'Cheers').

    I lately have been getting writers-itch and I'm thinking about scratching it, but I don't want to commit to anything because I always end up screwing it up if I do, if ya know what I mean.

    Me too! I've been writing stuff as of late in notebooks and stuff during class, but thats bout it. I have a terrible habit of not finishing things like stories... Just leave off at some random cliff-hanger cause I can't decide how to end it. That's the downside of being morally opposed to making a plan for writing.

    This weekend is Canadian Thanksgiving! Up here in Canada, we like to have it early before the snow gets too deep ;)

    So this weekend, families across the country are getting together to eat turkey and pie and have good times together! My family, that includes deep frying a turkey, going hunting with my brother, some crazy quadding with my cousins and a good game of redneck-paintball. (ripping around a field on quads, shooting each other with paintball guns. Fun times! :D) Also, my cousins made this huge dirtbike jump that I'm itching to try before I gotta go back to school! (I smell a Dukes of Hazzard like video montage!)

    So have a happy Thanksgiving!!!

    He would find some way to get his beard back, because face it, when it gets cold, it comes in handy. Plus the women love it!!
