Enos chuckled shaking his head "Didn't think so. . .our town is nicely sheltered from the outside world and that's why I love it."

Brenna nodded disapointed but respecting her parent's wishes "Could you take me to see her one day?"

Brenna nodded "Well could you tell me about her someday tho? Could daddy tell me now either?"

Enos smiled "I know I'm staying here as deputy. . .you think you'll leave Hazzard Daisy?"

Breanna tried not to cry herself as she was sorry and gave Daisy a hug

Enos smiled "Well. . .what plans you got for the futere Dais?"

Breanna felt bad about it and sighed knowing she'd hurt her mama's feelings.

"Morning girls." Elly said as they joined the other kids. "How's Uncle Cooter and our cousins?" Lily asked.

Lily nodded and led her friend to their class. Elly, who was their teacher was waiting for them and smiled as they came in. (Well how's ch 2 yer story comin? Read the first. . . .not bad for the begining)

Lily nodded "I forgive you. . .it's just. . .I don't know. . .Want me ta show you to our class?"

Lily smiled at her, even if she was still uncertian about her friend and the way she'd talked about Andrew.

Finally they all were on their way to church.

Finally they were asleep and next thing they knew it was Sunday morning.

Daisy sighed "I hope Lily isn't too bothered by it."

Daisy nodded "That's what I meant Enos. . .I know Lily was really upset about it earlier today."

"What do you reckon Lily's thinking now?" Daisy asked once she and Enos were in their room also.

They said good bye and Daisy, Enos and Lily headed back to the farm.

"I don't know Daisy. . .I just. .. I feel like everything's right again." Enos answered.

Enos shook his head "I don't know. . .I just missed ya and now. . .well we're laying out by the lake together."
