Cool. . .I do a little drawing like that also. . .I've just been branching out lately but I'd be happy to show you some that I have done like that.

Enos laid a hand on her shoulder and wrapped Brenna in his other arm "I don't know Daisy, but I'm guessing it was His plan for it to happen." -
Enos smiled knowing she wasn't just saying it but wondered "Daisy . . .is something wrong? How come your voice is shaky?" he asked.

Enos blushed "Go on Daisy. . .you're making me feel very loved."

Brenna, despite her own thoughts held Enos's hand and looked at Daisy wondering why she was SO sad to be crying.

"Really? How so?" Enos asked thoroughly interested now.

Soon Daisy Enos and Brenna were at the old graveyard

Enos nodded "Well I'll go tell Granny so she can keep an eye on the others and we'll go."

Enos smiled sadly at Daisy "You sure?"

Now Enos was shocked "Uncle Jesse don't give you none? I guess I was mistaken."

Brenna smiled happy to know this "Well can you take me to see her now?" she asked taking Enos's hand.

Brenna nodded "Mama would've loved me if she'd been alive right?" she asked.

Thanks Garrett. . .You know this is actually the first site I've been to that anyone said a thing about my drawings at all.

Enos nodded slightly "I do see where you're going with that Daisy." Brenna sighed "But still . . .If he loved me wouldn't he. . .you know."

Brenna looked to Daisy eyes full of wonder "What kind of guy ain't he?"

Enos smiled as he picked up a stone and threw it into the pond "Whatever your heart desires Daisy."

Brenna looked at the two of them "Didn't my daddy love me at all?" (Seriously I can't see Jethro connecting with anybody like a son or daughter. . .tho he did connect with Drysdale's nephew that one time, but still a little different.)

"She'll have to know the truth someday." Enos said sadly looking at Daisy and then his daughter "The truth is brenna. . .your daddy ran out on your mama when they found out they were having you and. . .then your mama died not long after you were born. Your mama and I took you in because Julie, your mama was your mama's cousin. . .your real last name is Bodine."

Enos looked deep into her blue eyes "Whatever you want Daisy."

Enos shrugged "Can't say. . .probably in California. . .least that's where from the last we heard." "What you talking about?" Brenna asked.

Enos nodded "She has a right to know about her parents even if one of them is that Jethro Bodine." Enos shook his head remembering what Jethro had done to Julie.
