Enos smiled inwardly hearing this. Daisy really did love him. He laid a hand on her shoulder and then walked up to LD, gun pulled "YOU LEAVE HER ALONE!!" he demanded. -
Enos sighed "I don't know what to do anymore. I know Lily's just upset because of the leg I lost and I love her. . .I just." he sighed and put his head in his hands.

Doc came over having heard and saw Lily's temper so he gave her some medicine hoping to calm her down.

LD practically cackled "Oh really? And what about the little angel? I think she's my daughter rightfully."

Lily, after Daisy was on her way gave Enos an angry look. One like he'd never seen from her "Why'd you do that daddy? Mama's the only one I can really . . .she's everything to me!"

Daisy only heard a cruel laugh. "She means it! Git!" Enos shouted.

Enos shook his head "Go on. You won't disapoint me."

"Hello Daisy." said the voice making Daisy want to throw up.

Enos sighed and took Daisy's hand "No Daisy. Go on. Lily needs to learn that things have to be this way sometimes."

"Mama do you have to go?" Lily pleaded.

Just then there was a loud crash and Enos held Daisy closer when he saw what was at the door.

Enos smiled and sent a prayer up as Daisy shook her head and let herself fall into his arms.

Daisy sighed "Well I suppose I'll head on down to the office." she kissed Enos one more time "See you two tonight."

"Good." Enos nodded "Then I forgive you so please move on. Me, you and Cherry are gonna have a happy life."

Lily looked at them wondering where this was going.

Enos smiled and looked her lovingly in the eyes "Daisy, you love me right?" Daisy nodded, tears flowing. "Well do ya believe God forgave ya?"

Enos nodded eventhough he completly doubted she was telling the truth.

"Because you missed me Daisy." Enos said "I don't know much about LD, but I have a feeling that it had something to do with me."

"I'm just worried about you is all." Enos said.

Enos hugged her close "Daisy, I could never hate you." and Roscoe smiled slightly "Daisy, I know this might seem strange with me saying it, but he had no right to do that to you. I know your Uncle raised you in a way that any boy ought to treat you better than that."

"Is something bothering you Daisy?" Enos asked.

Roscoe nodded, gritting his teeth "In that case I'll try to be." he shook his head "Daisy, I can't tell you who to associate with, but you seriously had no idea he was like this?"

Enos smiled "Daisy, I love those things you write about us and your family and all that."

Roscoe looked slightly nervous "Is he worse than Bo and Luke?"

Lily nodded "I know daddy read one to me."
