Jesse: You just heard me say that last night, but I'm glad you understand it. Luike: Well if that's how it is. Then i reckon he hates us.

Daisy: *quietly trying not to cry again* Just like Andrea looks like Enos and Andrew looks like me.

Martha: It is? Jesse: How do you figure that Daisy?

Denise: Well . . .what do y'all think? Don't he look like Luke?

Martha: Oh Daisy, I'm sorry *takes Daisy in her arms* I know this is hard for you and your cousins.

Luke: *wrapped an arm around her* Don't be. If we were still little and I had gotten the same news about you . . .i'd probably be upset too.

Jesse: *noded* Yeah, I suppose. I reckon the funeral will be the hardest. It's tomorrow I think.

Luke: I know. Course boss better not try to do anything to him. Come on daisy let's go see him Daisy: Hang on *Daisy went to get Bo and Enos who also brought Andrea with them as Andrew had to be left behind*

Jesse: *smiled as he sat down* Well Martha how is our new little family doing? How are the kids today?

Jesse: Wonderful boy. Cooter: Yeah Luke *gives him a hug* Luike: Well y'all wanna come see him? Oh by the way his name is Cale Kevin Duke. Cale after our friend in the circuit. K after my middle.

The next morning Jesse woke up and went out to do his daily chores while Martha made breakfast. When he came back he remembered that the had three new additions. he smiled seeing them, but the of course noticed the way they looked.

Cooter: Well . . .how do you think Luke is doing right about now?

Daisy: If there's one thing I've learned is you have to do just that. I've been doing that ever since the twins were born. It's hard, but the only way.

Jesse: *sings it for her* Now daisy, I want you to go to sleep. I know this is hard for you, but I need my sleep so we can eat the stuff i get from the fields understand? Daisy: nods Jesse: All right then night baby *leaves to go back to his room*

Daisy: I have no doubt. I know Elly has to be scared.

Daisy: what are you thinking about all this Cooter? Elly: *wrapps her arms around one of Cooter's as she herself is rather scared*

Jesse: Daisy . . .would you like me to sing something to you? I'll sing whatever you like. . .long as I know the words.

Daisy: Well Cooter. Just know that I'll be there for you. I know this has to be hard for you with Nancy having been your first daughter and with her on Elly's tail now.

Jesse: Comon. Takes the two by the hand and leaves Luke to his room as he is the older one, but takes daisy to her room and tucks her in.

Daisy: *smiles* I sure was. I reckon once you have twins in a twister then that's about the worst of it. How much longer does she have?

Jesse: Now Luke . . .I think you ought to go on and get back in bed before Bo notices you ain't there. Daisy I'm going to put you back in bed too.

Cooter: like I told the boys. We'll get him . . .real good. Daisy: *nods* what he said. How's Elly?

Jesse: *takes the two into his arms* Because Daisy . . .the lord wanted the apparently. He has a reason for everything. You coming to live with me must have been part of the plan.
