Enos: It sounds to me like your daddy was a terrible person. I understand why you feared me so much. I also know that you love me. . .and your mama and brother and sisters.

Daisy: i thought so. Enos: Well . .what were these talks you and your mama had that I've been hearing about?

Enos: What do you think about that Lily?

Enos: I hope you do baby. Daisy: Enos . . .I think we should get her an Alan Jackson album. She's been telling me how much he means to her.

Jesse: I know. . .I just want you two. . .and Bo. . .to know that you can come to me for anything.

Enos: *smiles* Well . . .we ain't gonna be able to get you much, but just asking. You know just how lucky you are don't you?

Lily: you're lucky. Enos: Well Lily. . .anything you want for your birthday? I know they told us at the orphanage when it was. Not til next month, but just asking.

Daisy: Your daddy brought us some collards. I hope you like them.

Daisy: *reaches over and shakes her daughter's shouler* Lily it's suppertime

Daisy: I know that. . .I was just seeing if she was awake. I think she'd feel better if we just stayed with her.

(lol) Daisy: *takes what he brought her which happens to be some collards and then looks over at Lily.

Daisy: Not what I meant. Enos. . .have the events of the last whatever done things to your brain?

Daisy: *smiles* Well. . .what you gonna do for tonight? I brought you some stuff that Uncle Jesse made.

Daisy: I suspect that will change soon, but anyway. . .Bo and Luke have always been like that. I hope you don't get too bothered by them.

Daisy: Well. . .what happend to you today?

Daisy: I want to make her a dress, but I guess. . .if Uncle Jesse can find them. . .she'll have to wear one of my old ones this time. She's hopefully going home tomorrow.

Daisy: I guess. Here *shows him the pics she drew* I'm not sure, but I think she's really traumatized by all that's happend. On the other hand she can't wait to go to church with us.

Daisy: Me and Lily had a few heart-to-hearts.

Daisy: *is at first surpprised* Enos. You scared me.

Daisy: *sighs and closes her eyes herself and listens to the radio*

Cooter: Well. . .I reckon I'll go on and make sure Elly ain't gotten in trouble.
