Jesse: *smiled* Well supper ain't for a while Daisy, but I can understand if you don't want any. . .none of us have the last few days.

Enos: *Smiled* Shhh. . . Lily . . .I think your mama is half asleep already. . .come on let's go to sleep *the two of them go to sleep and when they wake up it's sunday morning*

Jesse: Well . . .what you kids want for dinner?

Enos: Your mama and I figured we would have a little party for you that saturday. . .how bout that?

Daisy: I'm glad. . .I know how much you like it Enos.

Enos takes Lily to put her in her pjs and then comes back and they both climb inot bed Enos: You know Lily. . .your birthday's next week.

Enos: *nodded* Well I still need to get you into your pjs so that you can go to bed.

Daisy: *smiled* They taste different? I put some cinamon in them. . .Thought that would be different

Daisy: Sorry I'm bringing y'all down. . .glad you like the cookies. . .I've been trying different things lately.

Lily: With you and dad I suppose. . .if you don't fight over it anymore.

Enos: I didn't really say there was a problem with her in our bed I just wanted to know why?

All the boys looked at eachother.

Enos: In our bed? Why?

Bo: What's the matter Daisy?

Lily and Daisy laid like this for awhile until Enos came to get her ready for bed.

Enos: *to himself* Yeah she would. . .man would love her cooking for me.

Daisy: Well. . .it's true. . .you'll have to go to church with your daddy tomorrow cause I probably won't.

Jesse: You'll make a great wife for some lucky boy (or for her cousins for the rest of her life)

Daisy: *smiles* Well babies really are miracles from God. . .they all are. . .even you.

Luke: Sure you can. . .mostly cookies, but hey who knows.

Daisy: You love that song Lily?

Jesse: Daisy made some just like these the other day Enos. . .every bit as good.

Enos: *nods* Uncle Jesse is a good cook.

Daisy starts humming I saw God Today.

(It was really good) Daisy and Enos sit down with Uncle Jesse and the boys and start eating the cookies.
