They all smiled at eachother and Jesse just smiled watching them. Soon Daisy was over Enos's and sighed when she came in. . .Enos was eating something. -
Lily sighed "I really want a job with Uncle Cooter. . .even if it's just saturday."

Jamie nodded as well as the boys "Yes Daisy, we'd hate for you to be misserable and we understand your desire to be with Enos and Cherry. . .Poor Enos probably needs your help about now."

Lily hugged Daisy "I wish this wasn't so complicated mama." Daisy sighed "Me too Lily, but we have to take life as it comes."

Jamie smiled "Go on Daisy, we understand."

"Well what are you trying to say then mama?" Lily wanted to know.

Jamie, unfortunately could tell this and said "You know Daisy, if there's one thing I've learned when Analisa's dad. . .you know. . .is that when you find someone you love. . .you should spend time with them instead of wishing it."

After supper they all sat around the little den and talked. Bo and Luke sat on the floor and played a bit with Analisa also.

Lily nodded bitting her bottom lip "So what does this have to do with me?" she asked wondering also at the tone of voice her mother had used which sounded a bit like she was in trouble.

Jamie smiled "Like I said I think we'll all get along good."

"So Uncle Roscoe's having problems?" Lily asked "What can I do to help him?"

Jamie nodded and laid a hand on daisy's arm "Well at any rate like I said, I'm here for you."

Later Lily came into her parent's room just as Daisy had told her to so they could talk "Yes mama?" Lily asked "What did you want to talk to me about?"

Jamie looked to Bo "Did I do something wrong?"

Lily sighed, annoyed "Yes ma'am." and soon they were all eating supper together.

Jamie nodded "Well whatever it is feel free to tell me."

Lily, of course gave her mother a look that said she knew that wasn't the truth and she was worried about him

Jamie noticed and smiled her way "Are you all right Daisy? Am I freaking you out a bit by . . .me marrying Bo?"

"Something wrong with Uncle Roscoe?" Andrea asked.

Jesse as usual said blessing and they began to eat.

Enos didn't know what to say either.

The boys smiled at eachother. "Well come on and let's get to this." Daisy said taking her usual place at the table.

Enos gently wiped the tears from her eyes "I understand." he whispered when he suddenly realized the kids were looking at them.

The boys laughed "Well if you say so Daisy. . .we sure aint Enos."

Enos hugged her close "Tell me what's wrong."
