Hey wekke and dukefan1, go to page 5 to see how I broke down the catagories when putting things in my notebook. If you're serious about making a map, I'd recommend reading the 7 pages on this thread for some pointers and fun information.
Hey Bo's Brunette, I don't think anybody has a map that is complete. Stay tuned though....

If you have all the shows on DVD, you can go to these episodes and hit "pause" to help you start drawing a map. These are all the episodes that have shown a map in all 7 years.
Days of Shine and Roses--season 2
The Meeting--season 2
Double Dukes--season 4
Treasure of Soggy Marsh--season 5
Farewell Hazzard--season 5
Boss Behind Bars--season 6
Ransom of Hazzard County--season 6
Lulu's Gone Away--season 6
Cool Hands Luke and Bo--season 7
I think it would be a good idea to continue this discussion on the "Hobbies" section where the "Map of Hazzard Thread" is located.

After giving it some thought, here's my opinion about LucasKevinDuke's clever idea of Bo and Luke reversing roles with Coy and Vance.
The Dukes was such a successful show and it was so well created, written and executed, it could have handled a couple weak links in the chain and still have been a hit. I do think that the lower quality acting abilities of Byron and Christopher would have drug the ratings down to a degree but I still think it would have succeeded. The key to the long term success would have been how well Byron and Christopher matured as actors. I'm not sure how much acting experience they had before coming on Dukes but John and Tom started episode number one making me believe they'd been in the business as long as the shows veterans. They were that good!!
Bottom line...the ratings would have been lower, less people would have watched and it wouldn't have lasted 7 years unless the acting improved.
As for me, I would have been just as big of a fan as I am today despite it all.
I'm a Dukes fan for life!!!!

Since I'm so depressed by seeing the second longest streak in the history of Duke or Dupe end, I thought I'd do a set of three with an equally depressing theme...the price of gas.
Which of these were on the show?
Hoggoco Gasoline or Hazzard Refining Company
Shorty Hatfield's Gas Station or Shorty Shank's oil wells
(episode names) Dukes Strike Oil or High Octane

That's pretty cool. Where did you get it? Unfortunately, I'm pretty computer illiterate (except for Hazzardnet) and wouldn't have a clue how to blow it up and print it. If you're interested in maps of Hazzard, I have posted (in the hobbies thread) all of the episodes that have maps. If you can't find it, let me know, I'll repeat them on this thread.

That's awesome GADuke01. It would be really cool to live in the birthplace of the greatest show in the history of this planet.

I tell you what LucasKevinDuke, I'm impressed.
My brain's going a mile a minute now imagining that scenerio.
I'm so impressed with your open-minded creative thinking I don't even know how to respond. It's not too often someone leaves me speechless.
I hope you're not just one of these people who puts up a few posts and then goes away forever. You're clever thoughts could really spice this place up. (not that we need it. LOL)

I'm so happy for you Daisy. I had a big smile on my face the whole time I was reading your last post...I'm still smiling. You're such a great fan and so deserving of all those awesome experiences!!!

Thanks for the offer but my map is pretty much based on the sets in California. Like I said in the last post, the best I can do with the stuff from the Georgia episodes is incorperate them into those sets as well as possible.

Welcome to the Hazzardnet, concrete. Maybe TimDuke will notice your post and respond. He sure knows a lot about the General Lee.
I hope you're not just passing through town. Stay around awhile. Good luck.

(hey redneck girl. I've made that mistake before by going off of page 2 insread of one. For awhile there I was trying to figure out how "national" and "grasshopper" were related to each other...LOL)
