Dusty Rose Duke

Rosco came home for lunch and looked at Dusty. He walked up behind her and wrapped his arms around her. "What's wrong honey?" Rosco asked as he started humming a Charlie Rich song in her ear. Dusty sighed and leaned against Rosco. "I guess I miss Kathy." Dusty said. Rosco grinned and turned her around. "They'll be back before you know it." Rosco said as he kissed Dusty.

"And I most defiantly won't hold back Rosco. And we all know how scared you are of him J.R!" Dusty said through clutched teeth.

"Bye Kath." Dusty said with a smile. Now she felt like Jude. She missed Kathy and Luke and the kids with a passion.

"Sure no problem. Rosco can stay with me. You'll have nothing to worry about Kath. Just get Luke better ok." Dusty said with a grin and gave Kathy a quick hug.

"What's a matter J.R, cat got your tonuge?" Dsty asked with a cheeky grin.

Dusty laughed. "Ok Kathy. You, Luke and the kids stay safe for us back here ok. Oh tell Jesse that Jude misses him like crazy." Dusty said with a little chuckle.

Dusty sighed and nodded her head. "I think I understand but it's not easy. I do love my cousins Cooter, I just don't know how to help them." Dusty said.

Dusty laughed. "You're right honey. I just wish Bo would think of Uncle Jesse about leavin. I mean was goin to move in with you, but not at the cost of how Uncle Jesse will feel about it. Bo and Luke don't seem to care about the other people in the house." Dusty said as she looked up at Cooter.

Dusty took action. "Jesse, come over her baby." Dusty said as she beckin her nephew over to her and Jude.

"Little Bo it takes time for the babys to grow inside of mommy. ANd I'ts ussally a Doctor who tells you." Dusty said with a smile.

"Or causing pregnant women to loose their babies. How's your contence J.R? Do you regret what you did to my wife?" Rosco said through clutched teeth.

"Kathy! How's everything goin? Is Luke givin a hard time for callin me?" Dusty said with a grin.

Rosco saw J.R and saw red. He starte towards the car. Dusty panniced and tried to stop him. "Oh Lord. Rosco don't kill him." Dusty said as she tried to grabbed Rosco's arm.

Dsuty heard the phone rang and she answered it. "Coltrane resdints." Dusty said into the phone.

"That's my boy!" Dusty said with a smile.

Rosco saw Luke and knew from the way Luke was walking he met first hand, the Dueling Cousins. Dusty walked over to Rosco and wrapped her arms around Rosco's waist. "Remind me never to get on your bad side baby." Rosco said with a grin.

Dusty looked up at Cooter and smiled. "Oh Coot what would I do without you. And on a happy note, we still on for tonight?" Dusty asked Cooter with a sly grin. Anything to take her mind off of Bo and Luke fighting.

Dusty looked over Jude. "Jude go help Luke would ya." Dusty said with a smile.

"Jude you and Calico have chores to do." Dusty said as she ushered her eldest children out the door. Dusty shook her head. She was like Jude she missed Luke and Kathy already.

"Well son, get your lazy self off the ground and go tell your woman that. Apoligise Luke, if you can get over your stubborn pride for two seconds to do it." Dusty said with her hands on her hips.

19 year old Jude Emery Coltrane walked in the house and sat down at the kitchen table. Rosco and Dusty had 6 kids. Jude Emery who was 19, Calico Dixie who was 15, Lucas Beaueguard who was 10, Jefferson Davis aka J.D who was 5, and the Coltrane Twin: Rosilnd Calliegh and Daisy Lee who were 3. Dusty handed her oldest a cup of coffee. "What's wrong baby?" Dusty asked Jude. "I miss Jesse Mama." Jude said in huff. "Oh don't worry baby, he'll be back before you know it." Dusty said with a smile as she ruffled her 19 year olds hair.

Dusty let a growl and drew back her right fist and punched Luke square in the face. "Luke had no right to say that. Can't you see what J.R is doing, he's trying to break you guys up. And you, you lainbrain are giving him the means to do it. Damit Luke you are so dunence sometimes." Dusty shouted.

When Dusty and Daisy found Luke, Dusty was fit to be tied. "Lucas Kenneth Duke you the most stubborn man I have ever known. Now I want to know what you said to Kathy to cause her cry and I want to know now." Dusty said in a voice that Rosco heard dozen of times.

Dusty hummed a Patty Loveless tone "You Don't Even Know Who I Am" and she started to sing. Rosco had finished feeding Little Luke and burping him and joined her. Rosco and Dusty sang until Little Luke a fell asleep.

Dusty pulled in to Hazzard Post office. She had buch of Letter's to send out. As she climb out of Ridge Runner she saw Rosco coming out of the post office. "Morning Rosco." Dusty said with a smile. Dusty Rose Duke was second oldest with Luke being the oldest. Like her cousin's Uncle Jesse took her in and rasied her. Dusty had a car that was called Ridge Runner.
