Kip_Sheward_Motorsports
Hey everyone. I was hoping someone may help me gather some details on my General Lee. I do have some reason to believe it may be a set car. (probably not the first time you've all heard that), but if anyone can provide some literature or some type of documentation on the show cars, I would greatly appreciate it. My VIN is XP29F9B271840 This car may also be up for sale soon, details to follow. Right now, I'd like to get a little more background on my car. THANKS! Kip_Sheward_Motorsports
I know a General autographed by Schneider isn't anything special, but this car is celebrity owned and was noted to be "1 of the last 4 in the world" by Schneider. I was just hoping that someone out there had some way to identify show cars. Is it noted anywhere which VIN's were used for which vehicles? CDoherty95
Is it a 69 or a 68?What color is the interior? What size are the wheels?Does it have a rear view mirror and sun visiors? Are there any side markers in the fenders? Is there any damage under the car?Is the pushbar welded to the bumper and frame?Oh and welcome to HazzardNet,y'all may notice we do things a little different here! Kip_Sheward_Motorsports
The car has undergone a partial restoration. There is no pushbar. No damage underneath. And the interior has been completely customized. It is a '69 with a personal message from Scheider under the decklid stating last of 4 in the world. Not sure if it means it was a touring "show" car for the show or what. It shows very few signs of wear, and has a 360 crate motor.

TimDuke
Post pictures if you can. There are 4 Bo's General Lee's but to my knowledge they are ALL accounted for. These were built by John himself and later sold or auctioned to private owners and all 4 were tagged with special tags under the hood or on the dash saying Bo's General Lee # 1,2,3,or 4. I personally know #2 is here in Ohio and #4 was the one he sold at Barrett Jackson a few years ago for 450K. This is also the only one to appear in a Dukes reuinion movie the second reunion movie.
