Guest SleepysRose
I grew up on Michael Jackson. I got into him when Thriller came out. Yes he will be dearly missed...but it is the fault of the doctor who went agaisnt ALL medical policies that are designed for the protection of your life when certain procedures are used and only allowed to be done in a certain setting. RogerDuke
I was never a fan of Michael but his life (and death) certainly was a sad saga. I really doubt he was ever happy and I feel bad for him because it seemed he was destined at an early age for a tragic fate. I'm also 50 years old. I was brought up poor (not that poor though). I'm now what is probably called lower middle class. I'd bet the farm that I have been a much much happier person in my half century than he was in his. I've always said that half the poor people I know are happy. Half the rich people I know are happy. Half the middle class I know are happy. That's proof that money has nothing to do with happiness.I think his death was more than just the fault of his doctor. A lot of people should be blamed, including MJ himself. Elvis was no different. People treated him like a god and nobody was brave enough to do something dramatic to stop him. I think the people around folks like Elvis and MJ love the fame more than the person. How sad.
