Bo nodded back with a small smile.

"Yeah...s'been a while since we done anything together properly...it'll be fun..."

Luke nodded trying to look happy for Bo's sake. "Yeah."

Bo nodded a little.

"I'll start lookin out for the supplies we'll need and things...I mean I dont gotta get em now but when the time comes we do it, i'll know where to go..."

Luke nodded, kowing Bo wanted him to show some enthusiasm. "Good idea."

Bo knew in his heart that Luke was just putting this on, and that really this wasn't what Luke wanted to talk about...he didn't even know if Luke did want to talk...all he knew was that if the conversation stopped too long he'd fall asleep...

Luke's ever-observant eyes noticed. "Youre tired."

Bo chuckled a little, shaking his head.

"Have ya been listenin' at all cousin? Course m'tired, I did fall asleep in the front seat of Dixie which is why I was late...."

"Msorry...guess I aint payin attention." He scooted over on the bed. "You...you can lay down a bit if ya want...."

"Nah its ok..." He said with a soft smile.

Luke nodded slightly laying back against his pillows with a long sigh.

"You gonna try an' get some sleep? You must be kinda worn out from the talking ya did t'day...especially if it were emotionally full..."

He asked gently.

Luke swallowed. "I am a little tired," he admitted. "Just don't seem t' have the energy I used t'."

"S'cause ya aint used t'feeling alll this emotion all at once is all...can be very drainin'...you get some sleep cousin, i'll be here tomorrow at some point I promise. I might be late, but I wont ever not come without telling you and without a very very very very good reason..."

He said quietly, tucking Luke in a little.

Luke lay down obediently. "Will...will you stay...til I fall asleep?" he asked sounding a lot like a scared child.

"Course I will..." Bo replied softly, still sitting on the edge of the bed, taking Luke's hand in his and giving it a gentle, brotherly squeeze.

Luke nodded slightly giving his brother a last lingering look, before allowing his eyes to drift weakly shut.

Bo stayed with him until he was sure Luke was completly and deeply asleep, softly putting his hand down and leaving the room.

His nurse Sara was filling out some forms in the hallway. Looking up she smiled softly at him. "Hi Bo."

Bo smiled as much as he could manage back as somehow he stumbled down the hallway. The sitting down in the silence had made him sleepier than ever.

"Hi..."

Sara frowned. "You alright?"

Bo nodded a little a he leant on the desk for support, scrubbing a hand down his face.

"Yeah Luke....Luke's sleepin so m'gonna...head urm...head for uh...head for home..."

Sara frowned as she looked at him. "You know we could set you up with a bed for tonight...save you the drive back..."

Bo shook his head and forced himself to stand up straight, blinking a little.

"No, I need t'get back to the farm...I got too much stuff to do before bed. Just...look after Luke...i'll get back tomorrow at some point..."

"If you're sure Mr. Duke," answered Sara skeptically.

Bo nodded with a small wave and headed out the hospital again, scrubbing a hand across his eyes as he walked, heading for the Jeep.
