Dukes References In Music

Not on VHS but I have the complete series on DVD as well as the Reunion movies. I do have some other tapes I watched as a kid still in good shape. The "Re-TV" tape copies of One Armed Bandits and Mary Kaye's Baby on one tape and then Repo Men and High Octane should be on another. Then I have the VHS copy of To Catch A Duke the season 3 episode.

I know it's probably a bit different since instead of mentioning the Dukes it was actually made for the TV movie from 2007 (I know) but the song Duke Boys Swingin' with John Anderson and Cowboy Troy is a really good song. Cowboy Troy's bit actually describes the show perfectly.

It must be a while since I watched the 2007 movie, because I don't remember this song. Then again, the 2005/2007 movies are easily forgettable!

It was made for the movie but doesn't actually appear in it unless it's in the end credits and I forgot. It was a special feature on the DVD and you can find the five song album on Spotify

I checked out the end of the movie and the song does appear during the credits, but due to the credits featuring bloopers it's very difficult to hear the lyrics.
