I had a quick look online, but only came across a site selling much flatter 3d printed horns, and not in 1:18 scale. Andrew D Charger Chaser made a 1:25 replica of Boss' Cadillac a couple of years ago. You can see the finished model in the Hobbies forum. He also linked to some build shots - the post where he scratch-built the bull horns is here.
