I am not a fan of coy or vance duke, but I sure wish they would have one duke fest close by here, I could drive 4 or 5 hours to go see one, just one before I die.....

I can just Imagine how you must feel to actually meet one of the dukes cast, I would love to at least meet one of them too! Even if I could get a show of it from someone who has actually been to a duke fest would be better then nothing, at least then I could get a feel of what it is like to be at one!

I am a die hard fan of the dukes of hazzard as much as anyone, but I envy the states, because I can never make it that far to go to at least one Duke fest once in my life. I never hear of one in the maritimes , or in Canada for that fact. I would so love if they could have at least one show in New Brunswick you know!!! I would die if I could go to at least one Duke fest, just one, before all the original actors pass on...... There is plenty of places just in Moncton alone, not to mention the old race track in Miramichi New Brunswick, hell if anywheres in New Brunswick would be great!!!! I have a favor to ask anyone who goes to those Duke fest from this site, and that is: If anyone goes, I would love if you could video tape some of the events there, and then share them with me, with us all. I will never get to see one in person, and it would mean the world to me to at least see one whole day at the duke fest 2008! I wish I could see all the ones I missed, but that's pushing my luck...LOL Thanks for reading, I am just dying to be able to see at one duke fest in my life!!! I too am a die hard KR fan, and I don't care that it was about his son, this new KITT has no capabilities worth even mentioning,and changing colors did not impress me at all, more like a copy cat of the show VIPER.

It don't matter what reasons they came out with the new Knight Rider. The original KITT was so advance towards the end of the 4th season, that Kitt could have continued the Knight Rider Era. So what if it was about his son, they should have still Kept the original KITT period. The two hour show was terribly boring , very little action, and the new KITT had nothing for capabilities , not to mention it was more vulnerable to be hacked and controlled then the Real KITT!

That royally pisses me off that canadian can't enter this contest...grrrrr

When I saw the pilot of the new Knight Rider on tv, they never showed any shelby with a number 10 on it? Where did you see this?

I never even knew there was an original Gone in 60 seconds. I so loved the one with Nicholas cage, especially when he was driving Eleanor at the end.

He did??? I never noticed that when I saw it, I will have to watch it again! When did he refer to knight rider in this movie?

I can understand that, lots of people love that show....

I don't care that the new Knight Rider was about Micheal Knight and his son entertaining the Idea of the new KITT...ewww saying it makes me sick. It would be like if they took the 2006 charger and making it a General lee out of it , and that the sons of Bo And Luke took over taking care of the farm, and fought the new commissioner and his justice. It simply would not fly, at least not like The General Lee and K.I.T.T(knight industries two thousand) ...lol! If they did this to A new season , or continuation of.... DOH, and used a 2006 charger painted up as the new improved General Lee, I am sure there would be a big stink about it, and I would **** on it right there with them. That is how I see the new Knight Rider, the only good part is when the SUV crashed into the mustang, that was cool. Another thing I didn't like about the show, The original KITT did not need to be online to remain bullet proof like the new mustang kitt. They had to shut down the on board computer because it was being hacked. In the shut down phase, you could shoot out the windows. The original KITT was always bullet proof at all times and had more advanced technology then the mustang kitt which only looked like a car, nothing super special about it at all. I love the look of that mustang, but as a die hard fan of Knight Rider, that show will flop and roll over. I don't want no new Knight Rider or no new Dukes of Hazzard, these shows are irreplaceable !!! Of course I would say nay, if they had the original KITT< with the original voice and personality, with Micheal's son Mike driving it, and Micheal Knight being the head chief of the foundation for law and government.

Yeah I agree, dodge frigged up when they came out with the new charger, sucks so badly, they even had the never to paint it up like the General Lee, man was I peeved. Dodge must have realised their mistake, 'cause ford and chevrolet have the real muscle car, so dodge came out with the 2008 Challenger, now that car is worthy of the name challenger!!!

you can keep it cowboy, unless it's a pontiac, which now I know it isn't, since I saw the movie on tv, no car other then a pontiac firebird should be KITT! That would be like painting up the camaro 2009 as The General Lee, a total bomb(no good)

You're obviously not a real Knight Rider fan like some of us are, imagine now if they started a new dukes of hazzard series on tv and used a 2009 camaro painted up as the general lee, it would suck big time

Let me tell you, brian was right on the money, the new knightrider was a total bomb, as in no good, sucked a complete disgrace to KITT and any Knight Rider fan. Come on jessi, that would be like using then new camaro to be painted up as the general lee when they come out with the new dukes series, it would suck major big time

I saw the 2 hour pilot of the new KnightRider, and let me tell you, it sucked big time. First off, it was more of a gimmick for ford to sell their mustang(which is an awsome car, but is not KITT! This car sucked, and it changed colors from black to silver to camouflage itself(copy cat of the tv show VIPER) and it had nothing for capabilities like KITT did. The story line was rather boring and I only got excited at the end(which last 2 minutes or less) I am not even gona watch the series, they be lucky to get 5 episodes out of it. Like I said, it's an awsome car, looks great, but it don't look like KITT, didn't feel like KITT and wasn't as classy as KITT

I Always have duke moments, rather rosco moments, when get excited..."oh goody goody gum drops" or when I am mad at someonone..." you dipstick" and when I did something awsome ...."I love it I love , I love it...ku ku ku" Some people look at me strange , so what, I love that show to death, my only escape from the real world!!!

do like me, I ended up going to a print shop to make my licence plate for my General lee 1:24 scale with a picture I had of the plate. You can see the plates real clear with hazzard county on the bottom. Planing on doing this with the words and daisy's jeep and car too. Hope you find what you want , is hard these days for some reason.

I wish i could meet John and tom and the others, but I never got the chance, they hardly ever come to new brunswick...
