  1. I actually didn't like Caroline to begin since I really like Max and her sense of humor but it wasn't long before I started liking Caroline more than the Max character. I have seasons 1-4 so far and it does have some good humor and both the lead actors are hot so what's not to like
  2. We all knew how the 05 movie was going to be with Stiffler and Johnny Knoxville. It was the average raunchy comedy that was of that time in the mid 2000's but the General Lee held up his end when it came to the car action. I have to give it to them as the way they filmed the car scenes was new and made the car stuff look so awesome. And Jessica Simpson looked great to me but she doesn't hold a light to Catherine Bach. I watch it sometimes as I like the soundtrack and the car action
  3. It's hard for me to pick a favorite episode but the first one is probably it. Those first 5 are all so great. Don't really have a favorite character since they were all so great!! If I had to choose it would be Daisy tho ❤️ I went to Duke fest in 06 and 07 in Nashville. Catherine was so great and really seemed to love being there. I have met Sonny several times and John several times. Met Catherine one time and met Byron one time. Also met Sherriff Little and James Best once. Have met Rick Hurst a couple of times and Ben several times. I have never got to meet Tom and would like to get his autograph under my deck lid one day. I have all the seasons from when they first put them out on DVD and I have a complete series still in the shrink wrap. I have probably 4 DVD sets of season 1 since I watch that season the most. Got several totes full of collectibles from the show. I like anything from the 80's and have a little bit of everything from Transformers and Masters of the universe and some knight rider stuff. Mostly dukes and transformers make up the biggest part of my toy collection. So I was hooked from the pilot episode and I was 5 years old then and now I'm 48 so been a fan most of my lifetime. Got a photo album full of filming sites from the first 5 episodes. So cool to ride on the same roads they drove on making the episodes. Have driven my charger down there a few times and to Nashville twice and once to Gatlinburg. Good old car but it likes the gas stations lol
  4. I have pics of my car but I don't know how to post it here. If you know how to and can walk me through it I will get some posted on here.
  5. Wow, it is a show for everyone really. I was only 5 and after that first episode I was hooked. This is one of the main reasons why I wound up with a charger myself. When the show reappeared on TNN in the late 90's I realized I colud aquire a real car instead of die cast and model cars which I have several of those too.
  6. That's awesome!!! If my mom and dad had somewhere to be on Friday night I went to my maw maws and watched it at 8 o clock eastern time. I had to be in front of a TV every Friday night or there would be a meltdown lol
  7. I checked out that thread and left a comment. Thank you for aiming me in that direction!!
  8. I got really lucky when I found the charger, going on 24 years with it now. It is an experience owning an old car but I have been a mechanic since I was 17 so I can usually take care of most problems that arise myself. My buddy did the paint and body work for me and I did help with that but I built the engine myself and alot of the other repairs I have done on it myself. I will say this, never give up hope for having a charger. I was actually just looking for any older muscle car when I saw the ad for the charger in the Atlanta journal back before the days of ebay and all cars are sold now on the internet.
  9. I have had the charger since 1999. I bought the car running and driving from a guy named Breet Popwell. It was owned by Billy Stevenson before Breet got it. It wasn't in terrible shape but I have done alot of work to it over the years. I got it just before the price of chargers shot through the roof. The only good luck I have ever had lol. There is a guy named Shane that moved to covington from Iowa. I chat with him occasionally.
  10. I tried to upload a pic but it said it was too big. I will have to see if I can resize it somehow
  11. I am not so good with technology but I will try and see if I can post a pic of the charger. I am about 2 hrs from covington and Conyers. Me and a friend used to go down there at least once a year but he moved so I haven't been in a few years.
  12. I watched all of season one starting Thursday night and finished yesterday. I'm from Georgia so those first 5 episodes will always be my favorites. Still such a great show and still holds up even after 44 years. I dug out my old PS2 and been playing Return of the General Lee last night and this morning. Love that game, except trying to keep Daisy from going off into the canyon lol.
  13. Hello from the south, been a long time dukes fan for over 40 years now and still love the show. Been to most all the Georgia filming sites with other dukes fans and have owned my old charger since 1999. Had the uniform on it for over 10 years and had to do a re paint in 2012. It is still hemi orange but with a black R/T stripe and magnum 500 wheels. 493 ci with a 4 speed, has plenty of attitude for a resto looking charger.
  14. How many watched the Dukes Friday night?? I started with one armed bandits and finished all of season one today. January 26, 1979 was a day or night that will always be in my memories. I was 5 years old and my mom said I had never sat still that long ever lol. Them first five episodes will always be my favorites since they were filmed in Georgia. Still such a good show.
