Daisy shook her head half smiling "Well. . .we ain't phychics. . .just wonder what will happen to us."

Doc nodded "I'll need your help Daisy. . .we can get her in the back of the ambulance."

"Well. . .what on earth will we go through Enos?" Daisy asked.

Enos nodded smiling a little bit "That would work for me."

Doc nodded "However, I think it would be best if we moved her to the hospital. . .I really can't explain what's wrong with her."

Doc nodded "Granny ain't dead if that helps. . .she's just in a state. . .all her signs are normal. . .I can't really explain it."

Enos shook his head trying to hold back tears "No never Daisy. . .I just mean that maybe I did it a little fast."

Doc laid a hand on her shoulder "Daisy. . .tell me what's wrong."

Enos nodded "I've only been back for a day. . .I knew you'd have feelings like this. . .maybe I made the mistake of bringing Cherry and asking you to marry me. . .I . . .I feel like I put it on you."

Enos wrapped two loving arms around her and then ever so gently kissed her lips "Now Daisy. . .you have to have faith that I will never feel against you."

Doc sighed "That's what I can't explain. She's there, but not really."

Enos looked her in the eyes "Now how on earth did you not keep it?"

Doc swallowed "Barely. . .I really can't say Daisy."

Soon they were all laughing and then Aunt Bee and Daisy cleared up and Opie was sent upstairs to get ready for bed. -
Jesse nodded. Roscoe came over "Anything you want me to do?"

Jed didn't know what he could do so he just sat, but luckily Doc Appleby came in just then and they all looked up while he was looking Granny over.
