Enos stood nervously. He knew what Daisy felt and he felt kind of the same way. -
Granny sighed "Think I'm a needing a nap honey." she ssaid blinking a bit and yawning.

Daisy shook her head "If I knew Roscoe I'd tell you. . .I only know that he is after me. . .and. . .well. . .I'm terrified of him."

Granny nodded and handed Lady back to Daisy "know I finally did get used to Elly with all her critters. . ." she just shook her head.

Enos smiled hugging Daisy close. "We know Miss Lulu." "Lulu, you know there is no way us people in Hazzard will ever be able to repay you for the things you do for us." Daisy added.

Granny shook her head, startled "What with this critter?" Granny asked.

Enos smiled "I love you for reasons like that Miss Lulu. . .course I love Daisy with all my heart too."

Just then Lady jumped out of Daisy's arms and rushed over to Granny, licking her.

Enos sighed "This whole thing is making me nervous. . .I don't want me or Roscoe to get fired cause of this."

Daisy patted her hand "Well at least we share those feelings."

Daisy nodded "Thank you Rose, but who's going to take care of Boss?"

Daisy smiled "I knew you would. . .I imagine it was tough being a doctor in the mountains. . .I bet there was a lot of death."

"Well do you have any ideas of a plan?" Enos asked.

Daisy sighed "This has been a hard bit for me with all this death and talk of it. . .You understand don't you granny?" Daisy asked.

"Well what my brother said to you." Lulu said.

Daisy tried to smile, but could only sigh "Uncle Jed said that he'd be surpprised if Duke lived till the end of this year."

"Well you see Flash is a police dog so it was her duty to do what Roscoe told her. . .kinda different than Duke who was just a hunting dog. . .and really I think we're close to loosing both Flash and Duke." Daisy said trying not to cry.

Enos couldn't help but laugh at the thought of Lulu calling her husband a jerk, but was happy just the same "Well come on in you two. . .Daisy's on the couch with Cherry. . .I think she's kinda asleep, but anyway."

Daisy nodded eventhough she had her doubts "Know Roscoe finnally gave us two of Flash's puppies. . .the last of her litters. . .Roscoe may have used her against us, but I always loved her. . .pain we whenever she goes."

Granny smiled, though she had an IV hooked up as well as a few other monitors. "Granny?" Daisy asked nervously as she took Granny's hand "Are you really okay? I mean. . .I couldn't stand it if I lost you and . . .along with everyone else we've lost."

"Hey Miss Lulu what you doing here?" Enos asked shyly and gave her a look of questioning about Roscoe.

Granny smiled up at her "Hey honey."

Enos sighed and got up when he heard a knock, but was somewhat happy to see who it was when he opend the door.

Daisy sighed happily and rushed to Granny's room.

Soon Roscoe was ther and between the two of them they were not happy, but in agreement of what they had to do concerning boss as well as going to see Enos and Daisy first.
