Bo of course sensed that Luke hadn't meant it and sighed, climbed out the window and said "I'm going for a walk."

Bo looked away "you don't belive me do you? Luke look me in the eye and tell me you belive me."

Lily felt somewhat bad now "mama, you have nothing to do with me wanting to work at Uncle Cooter's. . .I just. . .I just want to."

Bo looked at Luke, a serious expression on his face "I know that Luke and pray she doesn't . . .I know you know me, but I really feel different about her."

Luke sighed "Well. . .what is it you think it's about?" "Bout me and Jamie ain't it? Just tell me Luke."

Lily looked shocked "How'd you let me down mama?"

Enos of course knew she felt this way and felt bad for her and he especially was sorry for her when Lily came in the kitchen with the rest of her brothers and sisters.

Jesse nodded "You boys go on and do whatever, me and Daisy will take care of the dishes and stuff."

Enos sighed and pulled on the leg Cooter had made for him and went to go get dressed.

Jesse nodded "I approve boy. . .if you love her. . .that's all that matters.

The next morning Daisy woke up and yawned as she didn't have a good night's sleep in the least. She got up and got Jesse from his crib and went to take care of his needs. Enos watched her trying to be brave.

Enos sighed as he was really worried now "Ok." he said hesitantly and slowly laid down as his leg slightly botherd him.

Jesse gave him a look of understanding as Daisy laid a hand on his arm "Just love her Bo and . . .that's all you can do."

Daisy looked up knowing it wasn't and took her chances "It's this girl. . .Bo's nervous cause he says he never felt like this before. . .like he's really in love."

(lol agree with you there. . .I'm going to snag some comics if my grandaddy down't throw 'em out. . .and making wrapping paper not hard I'm just taking my drawing pads and drawing designs on it and well you get it I think) "It's something with Lily ain't it?" Enos asked obviously concerned.

(the comics or making wrapping paper? you ask me comics as wrapping papper. . .soooo redneck) "Daisy, please tell me what's on your mind." Enos begged.

Soon supper was ready and they were all seated, but Bo wasn't eating as usual and Uncle Jesse noticed "What's the matter boy?" he asked and Bo knew he had to answer.

Daisy nodded "Well I'd love to help you with whatever problem you have." and then she went to get their supper started.

Enos wondered what she was thinking and watched as she put Jesse down in his crib and then went to get her pjs on. When she came back she said nothing just had a sleepy look. (wheew myself. . .I'm doing a little christmas wrapping here and I'm making my own wrapping paper. . .oh just thought shoot I should just wait till sunday and use the comics. . .that's what my dad does, well I might, but I'm having fun.)

Daisy looked up "It's okay Bo, what are you thinking?"

Enos hugged her "I know you do. . .wheew. . .that is one thing I've never told anyone . . .except for you just then."

"Bo I just feel awful now." Daisy hugged him tighter "And Bo, you really can love someone like that. . .I feel that way about Enos and me and Luke and Uncle Jesse will do all we can to help her also."

Enos blinked back his tears "I know you could never understand that Daisy since you were the only one, but I can't possible explain the pain to you and to be absolutely honest. . .with Lily having the exact same name as my sister. . .I was determined. . .If something happend to her. . .I'd just die." (lol I think I threw a good twist in there. . .bout time I think)

Daisy nodded, now feeling awful for what she'd laughed at Bo "Bo, . . .if you really love her than go. . .invite her over sometime cause I'm betting she could really use a fried." Daisy hugged Bo, a few tears leaking from her eyes.

Enos sighed "I never mentioned her because it was always painful. . .she was never more than a year. . .year and a half. . .something like that, but she died and . . .she had some kinda sickness and I always felt it was my fault. . .I know it wasn't, but to this day I still miss her. . .Her name was." he looked away "Lily Marie Strate."
