Cooter: *looks at him about to cry again* Look at her *hands mary to Enos*

Elly: i know. . .and Daisy has a right to him. . .sides he is her age. . .Well. . .I don't know either.

Hughie: He's mine too. . .sweetie. . .look at you. . .got the perfect face of an angel . . .yes. . .I could see two snow-white wings on ya and a lovely halo. . .yesssss.

Elly: Well we'll talk to Uncle Jesse about it *pulls Carrie outside so they can talk* What should we do. . .between you me and Daisy. . .Enos has A LOT of love.

Hughie: *stokes her cheek* Really, Daisy. . .don't I have a right to be around my own daughter?

Daisy: *sighs* But you just don't understand what he means to me. . .Enos is everything to me. (scooting for a while, but I'll be back.)

Elly: Sorry. . .don't worry I'm sure Enos will understand.

Hughie: *grining* Hey there Daisy.

Elly: Yeah. . .and weren't you and Enos supposed to have a date Friday?

The next thing Daisy knew she was being woken up by Macy crying.

(uh-oh) Daisy was nearly asleep herself by this point. . .infact in a very light sleep

Elly: Daisy do you have any ideas?

Soon Daisy has her in the crib and Daisy sleepy herself just sits in the rocking chair nearly asleep singing concrete angel

Elly: But what are we going to do about Daisy's job. . .you know we need the money.

Jesse goes out and Daisy is left alone in the house with Macy (there's an accident waiting to happen)

Elly: What I thought. . .too bad. . .Think Bo or Luke would do *shakes head* No way would that fly. . .least we'll get the chores doen quick with both of us doing them.

Elly: You are? Well anyhow. . .I reckon I'll just have to take over Daisy's chores around the house.

Cooter: Hey Enos.

Jesse: *nods* I'll be out in the field if you need anything.

Elly: I know that. . .besides people aready think I'm only ten anyway. . .*sighs* I wish there was something we could do.

Daisy: All right, but just to say I already tired Enos: *nods and leaves her to watch the kids*

Jesse: Well do you want me to fix you something to eat or do you want to take a nap or what?

Daisy: Well Cooter isn't too hopeful about Mary. . .she only has one foot and . . .oh Enos.

Jesse: I know you haven't baby.
