The rest of the day went mostly fine, and then Bo and Luke came home from school along with Enos.

(Well. . .mostly evbody in Hazzard cares about one another) Elly: Yeah, they're family. . .I love them. . .just saying that I would not go after them if I were a girl.

Jesse: Daisy. . .I reckon you're all right. *sighs* I knew Hughie wouldn't leave. . .sorry you had to see that fight, but I was thinking about you.

Cooter: I guess *sniffs* It's just that at one point doc told me that I might loose Elly and Mary. . .I couldn't handle it if that happend Enos. . .you understand?

Cooter: *shruggs* I guess Enos. . .just wish I could have made something out of myself if you know what I mean. . .something more.

(oh. . .well you know. . .I think. . .about Elly moving to Hazzard because her dad died) Elly: I know Carrie. . .I do. . .I don't have faith in men either. . .cept Enos and Cooter. . .seriously I wouldn't trust those two boy cousins of ours myself.

Hughie stumbles off and Uncle Jesse just stares as he does Jesse: I tell you that boy has been drinkin. . .I can tell.

After this Hughie stumbles off holding a hand over his face

Elly: *sighs* I guess we'll just be old maids. . .*laughs* Really, the thought doesn't bother me at all. . .I wouldn't mind being an old maid.

Cooter: But where has it gotten you Enos? Seriously?

Cooter: Didn't you say the same thing to Daisy? Where's it gotten you?

Jesse: *punches him again* Well your Aunt will also hear about it and she's a lot more protective of Daisy.

Elly: Me either. . .I mean as old as Enos is. . .Cooter. . .heck no.

Cooter: *shruggs* Guess I'm paying for it now then.

Elly: Well ain't he about Daisy's age? So I could have a chance, but then again. . .I don't want to hurt Daisy. . .or be hurt by her.

(I know I was just telling you. . .Like it. you're the lucky one who has the older ones to look out for you) Jesse: *goes over to Hughie and punches him*

Cooter: You were probably to young to remember them. . .like with Nancy's mama. . .I loved her, but well. . .

Cooter: Okay, but then name the bad things I've done.

Cooter: Enos. . .name two good things I've done in my life. . .other than all I did with the General (Poor Cooter. . .sounds like Daisy)

Elly: What do you mean he can never love us?

Cooter: What can you say? Other than the fact that I'm being punished for something. . .my own daughter. . .*sighs*

Hughie: Mine too. . .so? (What you mean?) *Btw where is the char bio? I forgot where we put them)

(kay will in a second) Hughie: Really, Uncle jesse. . .he is my son. . .you ought to be lucky Daisy. . .well she'd get a lot more money outta me.

Elly: What you mean Carrie? I mean we are his friends too. . .besides. . .you see that look in his eyes when he looks at her. . .Like he'd really like to tell her how he feels, but can't. . .I wish we could help him.
