"Daisy what's wrong?" Lizzy asks.

"Gone what do you mean gone?" Lizzy asks.

"I'm sorry you hate it Sheriff but that's honestly how I feel and I don't think you have any say in what goes on between me and her." Tom answers.

"I'd like that." Lizzy says.

"Bo do you think when you get out of here you would want to go out sometime?" Lizzy asks.

"Callie it's not about you cheating on me because technically you didn't it's about you lying to me. I asked you six times if these kids were mine and you swore up and down till you were blue in the face that there was no chance they weren't. And now I find they aren't my kids. Lizzy was right we weren't meant to be and...god I hate to say this but I should have seen the signs. You can't even get my son's name right. It's Danny. I'm sorry Callie I can not raise when looking at them every day would remind me of what went wrong. Knowing they're not mine. I'm not strong enough. You'll have the divorce papers in a few days. I'm truly sorry Callie but I can't raise them and be with you knowing they're not mine." Tom says walking out of the room.

Two days later Bo picks up two of the tabloids that Karen sent one running the story about David and the other running her story. Lizzy was stunned at Karen's story but as she flipped through the other magazine her jaw drops. "This isn't possible." Lizzy mutters. "What's wrong?" Bo asks. "This." Lizzy says pointing to the headline of the article. 'Behatted Man Unhatted!' She scans the story reading bits out loud. "Is it true that Lizzy Jackson's behatted man is finally spotted without his hat?" One part reads. "Sources claim Ms. Jackson was born and raised in Georgia and grew up in a small town known as Hazzard. At one time she was seen with local heartthrob Beauregard Duke better known to most as Bo Duke. It's said the fair haired man was rather upset when Ms. Jackson left Hazzard but was quite surprised when she came back to film the new show Hanks of Danger." Another part went on to read "Ms. Jackson was better known as Lizzy Jackson-Davenport while she was here, the daughter of local car mechanic Cooter Davenport. Lately around Hazzard locals say that Lizzy is barely out of sight of Bo Duke and her daughter Annabelle Jackson. But where does this leave her blonde Behatted man that she was engaged to? Well either she's dumped him for the heartthrob or he is this local Robin Hood who has stolen her heart." At the very bottom of the page it says "As a side note Ms. Jackson gave birth two days ago to a baby girl she named Sara Madison Duke. Which does lead us all to the conclusion maybe this duke is the behatted man."

The doctor had just finished the DNA test on the twins and had shocking results. He walks back out to Tom who is pacing the waiting room. "Mr. Johnson have a seat. I've got news." The doctor says. Tom and the doctor sit on a bench and the doctor sighs. "The twins don't have epilepsy nor are they carriers for it. However...We've run a full DNA test three times. We're certain of the results. I'm sorry Mr. Johnson those boys aren't yours." "You're certain?" Tom asks. "Absolutely I'm really sorry I know you were looking forward to this." The doctor says handing Tom the results. Tom nods and as the doctor leaves he looks down at the papers. After a while of staring at them he gets up and goes to the NICU. Spotting Lizzy he shakes his head. "You were right you know." Tom says sadly. "I never wanted to be right." Lizzy answers looking up at him. "Wait what was I right about?" "They aren't mine. I guess I should have waited." "Tom I never wanted to be right about this. I know how happy Callie made you." "Happy or not their not my kids and she said there was no way they couldn't be mine which means..." Tom starts. "I know what it means Tom but...You've got to realize that she never meant to hurt you." Lizzy says. "I know she didn't but it hurts none the less and I can't raise those boys." Tom sighs. "Why not?" "It would mean disregarding the fact that Callie cheated on me." "I know Tom, but maybe you should talk this out with her." Lizzy says. "Maybe." Tom agrees.

"Hey what's going on?" Lizzy asks as she walks into the room followed by Jeb and Heather. Bo shakes his head sadly and then tells her about Julie. Unable to believe it Lizzy walks to Julie and places two fingers against her throat. Unable to find a pulse there she checks her wrist then lays her head against Julie's Chest. A confused look crosses her face and she looks at the floor. She picks up the unplugged wire and plugs it back in seeing Julie's heart monitor kick back to life showing a strong and steady heartbeat. "Never trust machines." Lizzy says.

Lizzy grabs her cell phone and calls Karen. "Here your publicist and PR rep. Tell her what happened word for word and she'll fix it." Lizzy says.

Lizzy sighs shutting her cell phone. "I've just talked to Christine who's the FBI agent handling this case. She tells me that Aaron will be tried and held in Atlanta for his crimes. This is her number Walker. You're gonna have to get in touch with her and tell her everything you know about Aaron and Elizabeth. It will help to pin him there even longer." Lizzy says.

"Thank you so much Daisy. I can't tell you how much this means to me." Bo says.

"Can you forgive me for what I said in there? About being so angry?" Bo asks hugging Daisy.

"I, I support Lizzy one hundred percent and...I will donate every cent of profit I make from this new CD to helping you get your son back and to keep David in jail if that's what it takes to prove it." Bo says trying to wrap Daisy in a hug.

"Daisy I...I don't get it. Maybe because I'm a guy, maybe because I'm so scattered about having a kid, I don't know what it is but what I do know is, I don't know what to say to you. Please help me out here." Bo begs.

Lizzy glares at Bo and he follows his cousin out. "Daisy wait I'm sorry, I was angry and I shouldn't have taken it out on you." Bo says.

"He's done it all the time Daisy and you know it." Lizzy snaps.

Lizzy rolls her eyes at the pair who are acting like punished siblings. "I know you're angry Bo because you can't do anything about what happened with David then or now but that is no reason to take it out on Daisy. And Daisy stop acting like you won and like he's pathetic. This is one of the only times he's been unable to protect the women he loves so it's gonna be a little hard on him."

Bo sits sulking and almost licking his wounds like a whipped pup.

"I never said I didn't..." Bo starts. "Beauregard Duke if you want any kids in the future you'll shut up and sit down." Lizzy roars. "Mommy?" Belle asks sleepily. "It's alright sweetheart go back to sleep." Lizzy says. Soon Belle is drifting off and Sara is nursing happily.

"Of course it's not easy that's why it shouldn't have happened. You shouldn't have had to deal with it at all." Bo says. Sensing a major blow up if the attention wasn't diverted Lizzy switched the topic. "I hate to break this up but...Sara's getting fussy and I have to feed her. If you don't mind seeing it you can stay but if you get a little grossed out you might want to leave." Lizzy says.

"Beating on a pregnant woman? No it's not ok Daisy." Bo answers remembering to keep his voice low.

"That man should be locked up for good." Bo spits angrily. "Bo." Lizzy snaps nodding to a half-sleeping Belle.

"Did something else happen that night?" Lizzy asks.
