"Salena promise me something." Lizzy says. -
"Bo and Luke won't be too happy about it but I can do it if you really want me to." Lizzy says.

"Don't blame her too much. She's excited just like you will be." Shannon says. Lizzy looks at Salena and sighs. "Promise me something." Lizzy says.

"Yeah, you want a ride to the hospital?" Lizzy asks.

"Ok but can we wait a bit before this next one? I'm kinda tired of having so many little ones around. Maybe in a year or so we'll try again." Shannon says.

Lizzy was sitting out front on the hood of the General that Cooter had all fixed up because they still hadn't gotten the Mouse fixed yet.

"Nearly about as bad as you do. If we get another girl then so be it. Maybe that means we aren't destined to have a boy or that we should stop trying and just let it happen. Look at Lizzy and Luke they didn't try at all and they got one on the first shot. We've been trying for nine years and all we've had are girls." Shannon says.

"Well he's dead now so we don't have to worry about him." Lizzy says.

"Well that's good." Shannon says.

"She'll be ok. Doctor House is gonna take good care of her." Lizzy says.

"I'd like one but if you're worried then maybe it's better we don't." Shannon sighs looking out the window.

"Coy? What are you doing here?" Lizzy asks spotting him.

"Can we just not talk about it?" Shannon asks.

Lizzy's grip tightens on Jeb's hand as the doctor continues to speak.

"I think so as well. I know it's wrong to speak of her that way but Tom looked so crushed." Shannon says.

Everyone nods and Bo turns to Lizzy. "Why would he say that?" Bo asks. Lizzy looks at the floor before answering. "That's how he broke her bones. He took a baseball bat to her. It was wooden and I'm surprised that it hadn't splintered." Lizzy says softly.

"I don't know Bo. I feel bad for Tom though. He went through so much for her." Shannon says.

Lizzy sits in the waiting room with the rest of the Dukes and feels a little bad getting on with her life while Julie's going through so much.

"It'll be alright." Lizzy says.

"To the hospital then." Lizzy says leading Doctor House out.

"It'll be ok Bo. They're being well taken care of." Lizzy says.

"Great she didn't, it's in the past. Can you help her now or do you want to continue to talk about the past?" Lizzy spits.

"And I'm sorry for that." Lizzy says. "Though that was slightly random."

"Can you help her or not." Lizzy asks.

"No problems as far as I know. She walked out on me when I was 16 so I'm not real sure but according to her file nothing serious. Her dad died of a heart attack when I was nine." Lizzy says. Luke tells the doctor his parents names and the doctor leaves to check.
