  1. "There's no denying your not a little kid any more Daisy. Bo may not want to face it but it's true. He wouldn't want you worrying yourself sick over him and you know it." Luke says.
  2. "I know you can't but...do you know how angry Bo would be if you miscarried because you were so worried about him that you didn't take care of yourself?" Luke asks.
  3. "He doesn't but...Look if you spend so much time at the hospital worrying about Bo you're gonna stop caring about yourself and your child needs food and sleep to grow and he can't get it if you make yourself sick." Luke says.
  4. "Daisy come on you know it's for the better that you're not there all the time. Come on think of the baby." Luke says.
  5. "Good." Cooter says. Both him and Luke leave and Luke reaches the farm about the time Cooter gets to his house.
  6. "Enos do you mind sticking around here just in case something happens?" Cooter says.
  7. "They'll be here within the hour if we don't find a way to stop them." Cooter says.
  8. "I hate to sound grateful because really I'm not but...the longer he's here the easier it is for me to fix their cars without them underfoot." Cooter says.
  9. "It's for the best Luke you know that. And once they've gotten their heads back on properly they'll understand." Uncle Jesse says.
  10. A thought struck Luke and he caught up with Cooter and then explained it. Cooter got an encouraged look on his face and walked back into the room. "Elizabeth Natalie Jackson-Davenport. Go home now." Cooter demands. "Or what?" Lizzy asks. "Or I'll..." Cooter looks back at Luke who nods. "Or I'll strap you." "You wouldn't." Lizzy says looking away from Bo to look at Cooter. "Wouldn't I?" Cooter asks. "You would?" Lizzy asks slowly standing. "Do you think I would?" "No." Cooter grabs her arm and whispers "Drop your pants." "You'd strap me right here in front of them?" "It's that or go home." Cooter says. Lizzy glares at him but walks across the room. "I hate you." She says before walking out of the room. "Means I'm doing my job." Cooter answers.
  11. "Daisy Mae Duke if you don't go home right now, shower, eat, and get some sleep I will turn you over my knee." Uncle Jesse says. "Daisy please don't argue with him. It's not worth it. I promise I will call with news in 20 minutes." Lizzy says.
  12. "You have to. You haven't left this hospital in two weeks except once to go shower. He'll be alright. I promise. Go home get a shower, some food, and some rest and I promise I'll call the minute it looks like he's gonna wake up. Don't make me order you Daisy." Uncle Jesse says.
  13. "Go home sweetheart. I promise I'll call you the moment he wakes up." Uncle Jesse says.
  14. "That would require you to be forceful with Daisy. You'll have to convince her that she needs to leave his room for a bit. We'll call Cooter and ask him to do the same for Lizzy." Luke says.
  15. "I know Bo, but there's the power of positive thinking. You have to be optimistic." Lizzy says.
